Laurence was the optician at Stonebriar Mall who waited on me on January 12, 2026. She is simply amazing!! First, she took my most recent prescription glasses which were continually slipping down my nose and adjusted the frame around the ears so that they are now snug. Second, she was able to fix and restore to new condition the frames of my secondary glasses which my dog had chewed on yesterday. Third, she was able to locate the exact frame style that I wanted and ordered for me a new set of glasses with my most recent (2025) prescription at an extremely reasonable price. She provided the best service of any optical store I have ever been in.

Purchased Ray -Bans online, shipped to the store. Upon delivery I called the store to verify that it was there. The lady was extremely rude about it, argued me down that it wasn't there. I went to the store to show her that it shows delivered, and that it was signed for. She then started looking again, I told her my name and that it was ray bands. She then stated (Very rude) well you should have told me that they are ray -bans, we keeps those locked up. Within a week later I go to the same exact location to return those glasses. The guy there assuming the manager, yet again extremely rude, unprofessional flat out disrespectful. Refused to return those glasses, argued me down while sitting with a customer. In front of the entire store about the return policy and that I needed to go back to a different store to return the frames. I would not recommend this location to anyone, please visit the prosper location, they were extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. Avoid the Stonebriar location unless you want to be yelled at screamed at and embarrassed in front of other staff and customers.

I just picked up my new glasses and received a top notch customer service from Daisy and the Manager Ronny!!! Ronny went above and beyond my expectations by educating me how to submit a rebate claim from my insurance. I was treated like a family not a number on a busy Saturday!! They turned around my negative experience from the Willow Bend location into a positive one, and I appreciate the staff and the leadership in this store!

I have been going to that location for a couple of years now and I am more impressed every time I go back for my annual prescription glasses. Ronnie always goes above and beyond to ensure you get the best frames and high quality lenses at the best value.
My Meta glasses broke and Ronnie advised me how to submit a warranty claim and I was able to receive a voucher via email. The replacement process was so seamless. Thank you Ronnie and team for the amazing service. Please keep up the good work. One more thing, the store is so clean and always offers the latest designers glasses!

I came to the store after ordering online and getting my order cancelled. They tried getting what I ordered but once getting to the final order screen it would tell them the frames weren't available. Even tho it say add to cart. So the manager came over and said don't give up. He ended up calling like six regional LensCrafters across the country and finally came across one that had a pair in stock. He really came through in the clutch. Highly recommend this LensCrafters location. I will keep shopping here year after year. Thank you for all the help.
