Love Dr Mona. She is kind and explains everything very thoroughly. No issues with scheduling or staff. Would highly recommend. We've been patients for years! I have even left to a big chain place and then came back because it's just a good fit.

An excellent experience! No sitting in the waiting room forever. A very pleasant and interesting staff and an excellent Doctor who took plenty of time to talk about what I do for a living, her findings and how she can help my vision with the things I do with my eyes all day every day. I am extremely pleased! Plus, hey, she is easy on the eyes in more than one way too! ;)

The optometrist is very kind and professional, but her receptionist, they are terrible, they treat patients very rudely, without good manners. They don't have patience, when we want to make an appointment, they don't give you time to think, they just tell you, if you want it or not. They are not flexible at all. We contribute with our money for their salary and we deserve to be treated with dignity, not with contempt as they do. What a pity.

All of these look like "paid reviews" to me because I was treated horribly when I went there. I never go to any doctors without taking an appointment. MERCHANT EYE CARE claims they take walk ins. Well I called an hour before if I could come . The nurse told me if I can get there by 3 she will take my in between patients. I agreed to that because my daughter had headache. I went and longed for my turn patiently with three children. Customers coming after me were seeing first but its understood since I didn't have an appointment and they are trying to squeeze my daughter in the middle of the patients that already had theirs. I get that. I didnt say a word. Only to have the front desk lady come to me and ask me to wait outside of the clinic (where there is NO AC on 100 degrees) and one chair so the other patients can sit? When I said that's extemely rude she replied well then you can go. I have never had such an awful experience anywhere in my lifetime because I myself is a nice person to everyone . I was extemely embarrassed in front of other patients.i instantly left. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Dr. Merchant is incredibly kind, patient, and treats my children with compassion. My entire family (5) have called her our eye doctor for several years, and I can't imagine trusting anyone else. Thank you Dr. Merchant for treating us like family!

Dr. Merchant and staff are very professional. I got an appointment for the same day with little to no wait. Facility is clean and located in Walmart with separate entrance. Price is very reasonable if you don't have an insurance. I will recommended them to all.

This is a great place. Fast, friendly and the doctor takes her time explaining what she is doing. I also like the fact that I am not pressured to buy glasses after my checkup. I highly recommend Merchant Eyecare.

I have utilized Mona Merchant's office twice now. They are quick, especially to get back on phone messages, and the service is great. Always get my prescription absolutely dead on! Highly recommend!
