Milburn Eye Center - Frisco Optical

Very bad experience. They charged us $45 as frame handling fee even though we provided the frame + the glass charge. After 7 days we got a message saying glass is ready, but once we get there, it was the wrong glass. They didn't even bother say sorry or even any promotional discount, rather asked us to come back next week. Very disappointed with the service. We are never going back to this place. Update 2/2 We specifically requested near-sighted (reading) glasses, not distance (long-sighted) ones. Although the prescription included both lenses, we already own a pair of distance glasses and explicitly asked for only the near-vision pair. Unfortunately, the wrong lenses were fitted, which has left us a bit frustrated--especially since we paid the additional frame handling charge already.

From start to finish the experience was amazing. The entire staff was friendly full of smiles and extremely helpful. They made sure I had a great understanding of my exam as I haven't been in a while and was very honest and helpful with glasses selections. I will highly recommend this office to anyone in need.

Everyone here is friendly and super nice! The Dr made sure I was informed and I think k this is the most informative eye visit ive ever had. I even left with my glasses same day! Definitely sticking with this place for my eye care. As a bonus they also take care credit!

The staff and doctor are all very welcoming and caring, making sure to listen to you and guide you in the right direction! The doctor was very thorough in his exam, as was the other staff with check in, getting my lense order and check out! They are the best and they have gained a new customer for life!

It had been several years since my last eye exam, so I wanted to make sure that I chose a great place. I was a bit nervous because my vision was changing and my reading glasses weren't quite cutting it. I'm so glad that I chose Milburn Eye Center in Frisco. The moment I came in, Becky, Kayleigh and Loren made me feel welcome. All the latest technology was used to make sure that my prescription was perfect. Dr Milburn described what I needed and showed me what my vision would look like with my new glasses. Amazing! And assured me my eyes were healthy. Then the fun part..choosing my frames. Kayleigh was so helpful as I tried on several frames ... I do mean several. Lol. And she let me know which ones looked the best. It was a fun time. She then asked Becky to come over to give her opinion as well and she showed me a few different styles I hadn't even thought about. I love the glasses I chose. Thank you ladies! It was like I was shopping with my three friends. And my frames and lens are under warranty. Winning! Professional, informative, and friendly is how the customer experience should be and Milburn Eye Center nailed it!

I had a great experience at the Frisco location! Allison did my pre-test and she was very professional, approachable and sweet. Angela and Becky at the front desk were amazing too! Can't recommend this place enough.

Great first visit! Very small town feel in this office, which I loved. Dr. Anna Milburn was kind and efficient with my eye exam. Highly recommend!
