I have been going to see Dr. Sylvester for probably more than 15 years now. He has always been so kind and very personable. I purchase my contacts and glasses from his office. I have gone in for glaucoma tests in the past and so far, everything is okay. For the past 7 or 8 years, I've been seeing him about my trichiasis, and he takes very good care of me. The office staff have always been so kind and caring. They go above and beyond in my opinion. Thank y'all for many years of good service!! ~Dawn

I have been seeing Dr. Sylvester since 2010. He is the most amazing eye doctor... ever! His attention to detail and precision ensuring my prescriptions are correct and educating me about the health of my eyes is greatly appreciated!! I highly recommend Dr. Sylvester!

I've been going to Dr. Sylvester since I was in elementary school & now I'm in my mid 20's. I live about 45 minutes away now and I still drive out there every year for my yearly checkup. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I was slightly pressed for time on the day of my appointment and after letting them know that, they got me in and out so quickly. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

I had a amazing experience! I'm a new patient and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Dr. Sylvester was great, and the front desk girl, Israa, was so sweet. She took the time to go over the insurance in the beginning with me and helped me pick out the cutest glasses for both myself and my daughter. She truly elevated our experience, and my family and I will continue to come back

My daughter and myself have both purchased glasses through this location and the staff is very helpful, friendly and prompt. They also showed us glasses in our price range.

I'm giving 3 stars because I like the doctor, if not for him this would be a 1 star review. I've been going to Dr. Sylvester for over 10 years and he's a great doctor. The receptionist on the other hand are another story. They don't reflect the doctor's bubbly personality at all, especially if you are black. When you walk in they barely speak and look at you like you shouldn't be there. If I didn't like the doctor so much I'd find a new place to go but he's been really great to me and my family. Just get more professional receptionist that treat all people with dignity and respect.

My experience at My Eye Dr Frisco TX was exceptional! From the moment I walked in Janet acknowledged me with a warm welcome and efficiently scheduled my appointment the following day. Yusuf attended to me promptly, ensuring everything went smoothly. Dr Sylvester conducted a thorough eye exam took the time to answer all my questions, making me feel well cared for. Najya was incredibly patient and helpful as I took my time choosing the perfect pair of glasses. Every step of my visit exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for outstanding eye care and excellent customer service!

I used this place for all my eye care needs a few years ago, but unfortunately moved away. It was impossible to find an eye doctor that I loved as much as this one! So as soon as I moved back, I knew I had to go back to see them! The eye doctor, Dr. Sylvester is so friendly and offers a ton of great life advice on top of making my eye sight his top priority. You can tell he truly cares about his job and loves what he does! As for Janet, the manager, and the rest of the front office staff, oh my goodness they are so friendly and make me smile every time I come in! They remember me and talk to me like we are best friends! I've truly never met a greater group of people, ESPECIALLY at a doctors office!!! If you're looking for constant friendly faces and a place to be treated like you're part of the family, you couldn't do better than MyEyeDr here in Frisco! The staff and doctor make me look forward to my appointments every single time!
