I have been visiting North Texas EyeMed from 2019 onwards. Dr Dennis Goldberry is a cheerful and people friendly physician. His staff are also very caring and professional. I strongly recommend this place for all your eye care needs.

Dr Goldsberry is one of the best medical specialist that I have ever used for care. He is empathetic and informative. Most importantly, he takes the time you need as a patient and will explain things that you don't understand. Very highly recommended!

I will give a five star rating to Dr. Goldsberry and his assistant Kelly, they are just fantastic, but the front desk lady is super rude. Today me and my daughter were there and had a really horrible customer service experience with them. If it was somebody in my business I would just fire them. She gets zero from me for being so rude and unprofessional

Have been seeing Dr Goldsberry and his staff for several years and love everyone I've dealt with. Its surprising to read some of the negative comments by others regarding the front office staff because I have never encountered a hint of rudeness or unprofessionalism by any of the staff, nor have I experienced any billing issues. I'm not questioning anyone else's reviews, just saying nothing even close has happened to me. Dr Goldsberry is one of the kindest Drs I've seen and has a warm, compassionate bedside manner, plus he seems very knowledgeable. Really wish more doctors were like him!

I want to thank Dr Goldsberry and his staff for working me in with my minor eye emergency. They made the whole process easy, from signing up as a new patient to the exams and follow up. I like the fact that it is a new, clean and organized office in a convenient location. I would recommend to anyone looking for eye care.

I took my 6 year old daughter to Dr Goldsberry for an eye issue that her pediatrician couldn't figure out. The office staff was so nice, the appointment was relatively on time, and Dr Goldsberry was great with my daughter. He took time to make my daughter feel comfortable and explained everything in a way we understood. I definitely recommend him and his staff!

This review is way too long overdue. In 2015, I experienced a painful eye issue which turned into an absolutely terrible experience with the ophthalmologist whom my PCP had referred me to. It left me overly (and admittedly irrationally) paranoid about feeling the slightest sensation in my eye. A family member recommended that I switch to Dr. Goldsberry, and I've been a happy and content patient of his ever since. I recommend him to everyone I know. First of all, if you read the negative reviews on here, almost all of them say that Dr. Goldsberry himself is wonderful , and then they name the office staff as the reason for their negative review. It's certainly possible that these people encountered someone at a bad time/on a bad day, or perhaps even misinterpreted what was said to them ( or are just angry that they ended up having to pay more than they anticipated for the care provided). However, I can tell you that in all the years and countless appointments that I'VE experienced as a patient of Noth TX Eye MD, I have never had a less-than-exemplary experience with any of the staff members that I encountered at any level of my visit. They are all great, but those whose names I can remember from repeated visits are Melody, Veronica, and Robin. If these women don't make you smile, it's certainly not THEIR shortcoming. Second, whenever I have one of my overly - paranoid feelings that I may've possibly scratched or torn my epithelium, the office always does their best to try and get me in same - day. And even during routine yearly exams, they keep the schedule running smoothly, ensuring that I am in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Thirdly, once in the room, Dr. Goldsberry always explains to me exactly what's going on and why I'm feeling the sensations that I'm feeling in an encouragingly comforting way. He is not only personable, but also thorough. And lastly, through the years, he's worked patienly with me to get me into prescription glasses, and worked tirelessly to find the best fit for me (not only with regard to the prescription, but also the frames). I truly cannot understand any of the bad reviews on here. I mean, my name is KAREN, and I can't sing its praises enough, so what else do you need to know? HA! :D I truly cannot recommend them highly enough.

First off, the Doctor was absolutely wonderful. He is always polite and does his job very professionally. However, the receptionists here are some of the rudest people I've ever met. They were making snide comments about the patients and just overall very unfriendly.
