Dr. Miller is truly exceptional! He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything about the health of my eyes in a way that was easy to understand. He didn't just check my vision -- he also explained the health of my eye arteries and how they can reveal early signs of conditions like diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. I found that so informative and reassuring.
I never felt rushed, and he was very patient in answering all of my questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best for their overall health, not just their eyesight. I left my appointment feeling informed, confident, and well cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Miller to anyone looking for a thorough, compassionate, and highly skilled eye doctor!
They wanted to charge $49 for a "comprehensive test" that I wasn't even asked if I wanted or not.
I've been in other places where they make that same exam for $25 and they ASK you if you wanted. But here they didn't even ask, she just told me that I had to pay for it. I inquired more and that's when she told me it was a comprehensive test. I told her that I didn't want it, just a regular exam to get my glasses. She said that I HAD to and i told her that she should've told me that before (we had previous communication). She finally ended up waiving the fee and insisted that we HAD to get that comprehensive exam (even though in other places is optional) and I just hope that later on I don't receive an invoice from my insurance asking me to cover for a service that I just didn't even ask for, but I insisted on declining.
At the end she told me that next time I should ask before, I definitely will, however, I don't think it should be that way though.
I've wore glasses since I was around 10 so needless to say I've had many many eye tests over a period of 30 yrs and I can say that I've never had a better test than the one done here located inside the Stonebriar mall in frisco.
The doctor took the time to explain everything to detail with patience which many do not have now a day, many like my last eye exam all they do or want is to get the test done and over with and send you on your merry way but not him, but not him Dr Miller took the time to not only explain but also show me everything to detail.
I can now say that I've found my go to Dr and will keep coming for as long as he's there.
If I could give zero stars, I would!!! Front desk lady that was there last year (the one who did my exam prior to the Doctor) was rude, unprofessional, snappy and told me something was "recommended" and when I declined it as I'm not having symptoms or family history to be charged $49 for a test that isn't needed. My vision was stable and from the previous year nothing changed. So, I should be able to decline the test. The lady then changed her words to "you HAVE To have it done to have your appointment today, or you can go elsewhere" I'm sorry - I shouldn't have to get a test that insurance WON'T pay for as it's not medically necessary and is FORCED on me to get done and pay the $49 I wasn't prepared to pay... because the Doctor "recommends it" which isn't a recommendation if you can't decline the testing. ABSOLUTELY awful service and there was only ONE nice lady at the front desk. The eye "photo" they took shouldn't be forced when I'm just there to update my prescription that the doctor even said was "stable"... again confirming my push for not needing "recommended" testing that they FORCED me to pay at the front desk before the doctor even reviewed by chart or evaluated my eyes. WHAT A SCAM! I will be looking into finding another eye doctor as last year service wasn't very pleasant either. Rude front desk lady and can't explain things accurately. Also, be prepared to wait for a long time.... my appointment was the first after lunch and I did all paperwork online before appointment with ZERO changes to my insurance plan which I told them when making appointment and they called my insurance as I was already checked in waiting for my appointment to confirm eligibility and benefits (which again, should be done before patient comes into the office). So, I had to suffer and wait because they weren't prepared for me to come in for my appointment. JUST AWFUL! Many eye exam places out there.... don't waste your time with this one!!!!
Absolutely amazing experience! They have a new doctor at the office, and he is truly out of this world! I've never been so happy after an eye doctor visit. He's incredibly smart, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything so clearly to both me and my daughter. We left feeling informed and confident about our eye health. I even told my daughter how lucky we are to have such a brilliant doctor right here in Frisco, it honestly felt like he was from another world with how advanced and thorough he was. I really hope he stays here forever!
Super recomendado dr Todd Miller, habla poco espanol. Excelente servicio. Everyone was very nice from the receptionist to the assistant to the Doctor. Highly recommend.
My daughter and I visited Master Eye and were impressed with the service. Dr. Miller provided a thorough explanation of our eye exam, displaying his knowledge and kindness. The front desk staff were equally friendly and accommodating. Thank you all so much!
The Dr was very informative and explained how our eyes work that made this whole process manageable. Thank-you guys, I really appreciate everything.
