Service was fast and friendly. I was in a crunch and needed glasses quickly for my driver's license vision test. Austin was helpful and explained everything. I was away from home for an extended period and they were extremely patient with the time I kept the loaner glasses. Eric was also very friendly and efficient when my husband grabbed my glasses to overnight to me. A lady I spoke to when my glasses were ready also had excellent customer service skills. I really appreciate the team effort and overall pleasant experience.

For our eye visit we had Makiya Watts and she was amazing! She was kind and funny and passionate about her job! She was amazing with helping us pick our glasses, and even more amazing at making sure we got my niece what she wanted at the best price. If you have an appointment here ask for her! She is awesome. Also they have a huge selection of frames to choose from and the process of the eye exam is quick, thorough, and highly advanced.

Made an appointment for an eye exam online based off what they said is provided online. Took the time off from work to do so and upon arrival I am told they do not have optometrist on site and that it is not a complete eye exam they provide. This is contrary to what their site says and their windows of the site itself. Complete waste of time. If you are wanting an actual eye exam steer clear of this place. Not to mention the man I spoke to was very cross and rude.

This was such a great experience. I haven't had my eyes exalted since I was a kid. This is actually a virtual appointment with the doctor. The assistant comes in and does the first few tests and the. Walks you into an exam room where the doctor is on a screen to get your prescription. It was all very smooth and quick. Very easy to get an appointment and the assistant/tech was awesome. They also had tons of glasses to choose from.

This place was absolutely amazing! They got me in the same day I needed an appointment. The deals for the eye exams with glasses is the lowest I have seen anywhere. Nelson went above and beyond to make sure I was absolutely taken care of. I could not recommend this place more!!

Not professional and False Assurances.
When called, they gave an appointment 30 mins before closing time, got confirmation emails and assured they can provide in network pricing for VSP(they are out of network). But, they denied to honor the appointment saying they close things 30 mins before they actual closing time and no in network pricing.
