Today's vision 380

I had such an amazing experience getting my glasses! Stephanie and Elmira were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. They helped me find the perfect pair, made sure everything fit comfortably, and took the time to answer all my questions. The level of care and attention they gave really stood out. Went for my first visit today and I absolutely love this place! The staff are top tier and my experience felt customized. The front desk ladies were attentive upon arrival with welcoming smiles. I was greeted by name. Then the guy assistant handled my initial exams. He was very informative of the process, patient for my questions and had an overall pleasant demeanor. He even gave me a cold water while I waited for the dr which was no time at all. The dr came in with a welcoming demeanor as well. He had actual conversation instead of just clipboard talk. I can see why his team is so positive & professional with a humble leader such as him. I was walked thru everything step by step and I saw the whole team work together to meet my needs between check in, exams, fitting and insurance process. They offered options that fit my needs and budget. I will be switching my family to this location. I am so grateful for a stellar experience, give them a try!

I just came to check on some frames and the lady at the desk, Stephanie, pointed out my glasses and decided to do surgery for me. She has a great personality and she's very bubbly. She helped me find the frames --not the ones I want, but the ones I need. I appreciate their help!

Today's Vision 380 is the best Optometrist you can go to for all your eye problems. The staff Dr. Cheng, Michala and Stephanie are absolutely amazing!!! Very friendly and patient with you as try get your best glasses. They even offer extra discounts on eye glass frames. Come and try them.

The office staff - one has a dynamic, friendly personality while the other does not. I got the friendly one and appreciated her help throughout my visit. My husband got the other one. :( Dr. Cheng was nice, friendly, and thorough. I appreciate they he explained my prescription options and prescription details. My husband and I stopped back by the following week at 3pm on a Wednesday to shop for glasses and they were closed. Their website, Google, and their hours posted (tent sign) showed them to be open. We called to confirm they were open today, Saturday, the recording said they were with patients so we headed up there at 11am and again they were closed. It is unprofessional to be closed and still have a recording and hours posted saying they are open.
