Yeh Eye Care

Excellent experience. This is the second time in 5 years I have see doctor Yeh. Very polite, passionate and thorough. Answered all my questions and provided options.

I was a patient for years. I recently questioned Dr. Yeh about her services and pricing and she was personally offended and discharged me. I saw Dr. Yeh late last year and she tried contact brands that we had never tried before. These contacts irritated my eyes to the point of redness. I asked her to try my previous brand as Biofinity had worked great for years with my eyes. I didn't understand why we were switching. Dr. Yeh then told me that there were no contacts on the market yet for my vision deficit and that I needed to wait and schedule another visit. So I had to pay for another visit with her in July of this year. During this appointment, she went back to the same contacts, Biofinity, that I had used years prior. I told her that Biofinity had been the only brand that worked for years and I didn't understand why we switched in the first place. She was just quiet. Absolutely no response. She went back to Biofinity and used the same strength I had before. Unbelievable. She even asked if I still had left overs from when we last used them and I told her yes. There was absolutely no need for me to wait or to try a different brand of contacts. It was a money grab. I could have obtained the correct contacts during my first visit. I shared my concern with her and she discharged me due to her ego being bruised. It's a business and there should be no room for taking questions about a professional service personally. Even though she discharged me, Dr. Yeh still put through the claim with my vision insurance. This is unethical. No doctor will just do a contact exam without a full eye exam. I told her to rescind the claim and she refuses to do so. She intentionally handicapped me in getting the vision services I need with another eye doctor. I don't trust her prescribing services or the way she practices within her business. Shame on you for putting through a claim to hinder further help. Rescind your claim. I have appealed with my insurance and shared the text exchange of your initiating the discharge. What a complete lack of integrity. I am also disappointed in Esther. When I stopped by to discuss the matter, she rudely told me that they were 'busy with patients'. Was I not a patient too? Had I not been for years? Thoroughly disappointed to finally see their true colors. Worst service ever.

Dr. Yeh is the best optometrist I've ever visited. Not only does she provide thorough vision exams and accurate eyeglass prescriptions, but she also excels at evaluating the overall health of your eyes. Her warm, professional manner immediately puts you at ease, and her expertise in both vision care and ocular health is exceptional. I always feel confident that I'm receiving the highest level of care.

Very kind people, thorough exam, no marketing on frames or lenses. Straight to the point, no time wasted, I got my prescription.

Dr. Yeh is the best optometrist I've ever been to. In addition to checking your vision (check eyes for new eyeglasses prescriptions etc) she is also very skilled in checking the overall health of your eyes to assess if you have any signs of eye disease (e.g. glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration). She has a wonderful professional caring demeanor and makes a patient feel very comfortable. She has great knowledge and skill related to vision and overall eye health.

Dr. Yeh and her staff go above and beyond to make sure that your vision is taken care of right the first time. I am experiencing issues with eye disease, struggling after a botched PRK surgery, she understood my predicament and after leaving her office I can skip the shrink today because she fixed the issue . I don't like asking for help. She also has the latest up to date equipment, never has Dr. Yeh failed providing me with kind caring individualized treatment and really goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her for your next visit!

Iwas very impressed the way I was received at the YEY EYE CARE. I just walked in with no prior appointment but Dr. Yey agreed to see me, she examined my eyes and gave me a prescription for new glasses which was taken care of next door at Pearle vision. I was given exceptional assistance in choosing my eye glasses by the sales team. In short ,the service I got was above and beyond my expectations. Keep it up!
