Eye Care Vision Center

I am a long-time customer of over 20 years, and this is how I've been treated. I went in to have my glasses adjusted, and a staff member broke my glasses right in front of me -- then later denied that they broke them. I rely on my glasses to see. My vision is very poor, and having functional, properly fitting glasses is not optional for me. What was taken from me that day was my ability to see clearly. As a "temporary" solution, I was given off-brand frames that are completely inadequate compared to my original frames, which were valued at around $300 and purchased from this center. The replacement frames do not fit my head properly, and worse, my lenses do not even fit them -- they constantly pop out, making them unsafe and unusable. I was told nearly two months ago that I would be getting new glasses, yet I am still waiting. My calls have gone unanswered, voicemails have not been returned, and I am still actively trying to get this issue resolved. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and upsetting, especially given how long I've been a customer here.

Wonderful staff including optometrist Dr. Ruiz. Very convenient location and a wide selection of frames.

I have visited this eye care center for over 20 years. It has been all great experiences. Dr. Ruiz, receptionists, office managers, technician Daniel, who actually makes your glasses, are all super nice, friendly and professional. I cannot think of any reason to not come back here again and again.

5 stars! This is not my regular eye doctor but I was traveling and lost my glasses and backup pair of contacts and was in desperate need of a back up pair. I started calling local places and Eye Care Vision Center was able to provide me a trial pair free of charge. They were so nice and I cannot thank them enough for helping me out.

New Patient/ 1st time Visit: I haven't gotten an eye examined in years! Eye Care Vision Center was so helpful, quick, and professional. The entire staff at Eye Care Vision is wonderful. I immediately felt like a part of their family, which makes the experience fun and trustworthy. All of my questions were answered professionally. They did a great job working with my insurance and finding what works best for me. --- They also found a pair of frames that REALLY worked for me and I felt looked great. (Personally, I am someone who has a harder time in finding the "right look" for myself. So I was relieved and impressed at how fast they found a pair of glasses that worked for me!) Very happy with my decision to come here.

Oh my goodness this place is the best!!! I made an appointment on my way to work. I tell you the ladies at the front desk have funny stories to tell and are willing to listen. The Dr that did our eye exams had wonderful stories of travel. We will definitely return when needed.

All of the staff are very nice and sweet. They all seem very professional but still seem like they have fun and enjoy their job. I really enjoyed coming here the dr. is pretty funny and very nice and the man who helped me pick out glasses is also a hoot! I would recommend this place to everyone. Loved it! They make you feel like you've known them your whole life, they are all so friendly!

Dr. Ruiz has been the most marvelous doctor I ever visited. He explains the eye examination in detail, does not rush you out like every other doctor, is genuinely empathetic, & was willing to even work around my schedule. I will never go to another eye doctor again, unless it is him. Previously an optometrist attempted to diagnose me as having glaucoma issues. Dr. Ruiz solved the issue and immediately knew what it was (it was not glaucoma). My eye resolved itself after his treatment and I got my vision back. He saved me money and time. Joy also is so pleasant to work with as she is the upmost friendliest! She takes care of you as if you were family. She welcomed me with a hug. Very home like vibes here. I highly recommend to my own family and friends and hope you find your visitation as delightful as mine.
