Got an appointment before I came same day and was seen all less than an hour. I felt really bad for the lady working all by herself but she really managed to take care of all the customers in the store and on the phone. Ive never seen someone multitask like her.. ever, it was incredible

I went as a walk in and was pleasantly greeted by INDIA. She was working alone and had 3 customers whome she balanced very well. Great smile and customer service! She is super calm, friendly and knowledgeable! She gets 5 Francisco, the optometrist, however made me feel like I wasn't important. I felt rushed through my eye exam. He was cold, rude and I really hope I got my prescription made by him correctly! INDIA is awesome! Thank you!!!

I came in today to get my glasses tighten and India was very helpful. She informed me about my prescription and even recommended me different payment options for when I'm ready to order my new pair. Would recommend this location and will be back for an exam !! Thank you :)

Kate is awesome! I had a pair of broken frames and needed them fixed in a pinch as a have a trip in a couple days and she replaced them with the same frames from the shelf. They have good budget frames and a wide selection.

Great service and value. The hybrid evaluation was different but my prescription came out very accurate and I received my glasses within an hour.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS STANTON OPTICAL FRANCHISE BECAUSE A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO MY WIFE PURCHASED SOME CONTACT LENSES PAYING OVER $400 FOR 6 PAIRS AND THE PERSON WHO SERVED US FROM BEGINNING TO FINISH DID NOT AT ANY TIME EXPLAIN THAT THE CONTACT LENSES WOULD BE FOR DISTANCE SEEING ONLY, NOW WE GO AND EXPLAIN THEM THE INCONVENIENCE AND THEY WANT US TO PAY FOR CONTACT LENSES WITH THE OPTION TO SEE NEAR AND DISTANCE, THE WORKER WITH A NAME INDIA IS A DESPOT WHO REALLY DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT SHE IS SAYING, RECOMMENDING SOME GLASSES FROM THE DOLLAR STORE FOR ME TO PUT ON OVER THE CONTACTS I CURRENTLY HAVE, IT REALLY MAKES ME AN ANSWER STUPID, INSTEAD OF BEING MORE RESPONSIBLE AND PROVIDING BETTER SERVICE, THIS COMPANY HIRES PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT YOUR EYE CARE AND ARE NOT ETHICAL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ARE THERE TEXTING WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING.

My son went here to get a prescription and we were going to get our glasses at another facility. The office charged for a set of glasses against our insurance without picking any frames or talking about glasses. Then our copay was $5 and they charged $39. Total charge was $173.00 when we were supposed to pay $5. We spoke with someone there and they stated that they charged for the frames before picking any because they saw my glasses allowance. Keep in mind that we were not getting glasses from Stanton. UPDATE: I called the number from the response but I just get connected to the store again. The store staff tells me that they can not discuss anything with me since I am not the "owner" even though I am the insurance policy owner and I am the one responsible for payment.

I went in after seeing their promotion for $232 for contacts. When I got there, Katheryn at the counter quoted me $409. I told her that didn't add up, and she broke it down: the contacts plus the contact lens exam, totaling $409. I reminded her that the promotion clearly says the exam is free and that buying an annual supply gets me 20% off, which puts the total at $232 before tax. Katheryn had to call someone to confirm (which already told me she wasn't too sure about what she was doing), and they agreed with me, $232 was correct. But when it came time to pay, she quoted me $351. I told her again that I wasn't supposed to be charged for the exam. She insisted she wasn't... but the $119 difference between $232 and $351 just happens to be the exact cost of their exam. Katheryn then backtracked and said the addition $119 was for taxes and then said it was a fee to pay the physician who conducted my exam. She was yapping. She straight up doesn't know how to do her job. At that point, it was clear she either didn't understand the promotion and didn't care to. She was passive-aggressive the whole time, and explaining it to her felt like talking to a wall. I ended up paying the $119 just to get out of there, but I'll be going back to deal with someone who actually knows their own store's promotions. She's terrible. Horrible customer service. She should not be apart of the face of the company. She's ugly inside and out. I reposted this because I felt her name should be known. If you like to be scammed, come here!
