Every time my family visits, we are greeted with great service.
I would definitely NOT recommend!! Lost money, bad glasses, poor service, over $220 thrown in the trash. I went and had an eye exam by one of the young female staff, I thought it was very fast and superficial. Paid $220+ for glasses, but when they came I could not see clearly or read, or walk with them on without getting dizzy. Most of the field of vision was blurry with a tiny pinhole of focus, and yet I had paid extra for the "better lenses". I returned and was given a more thorough exam by the Dr., who told me the prescription was wrong, but insisted that it was my eyes that changed that much in a few weeks, not that the first exam results were incorrect. They replaced the glasses, but they were no better, I had to remove them more often than wear them, to drive and to walk. I could not read on my cell phone or laptop at all with them, I needed to keep changing back to my dollar store readers. Not only that, they would fall off my head whenever I looked down, so an earpiece broke off within days. When I took them back again, the girl told me it would cost me $30 or so service charge to repair the frame, but also that there was no way for me to get glasses that would work for me. I did not want to pay, as the glasses were not even helpful or useful to me, so she threw them in the trash and I was out my $220+ with nothing to show for it. Still wearing the cheap readers and much happier with them than the prescription glasses I got from Texas Eye Clinic.
Very good place to get glasses they are always nice and listen to your concern I went here every time it was time for new glasses and they always did a good job helping me Thank You
The staff is amazing, they are helpful, and understanding. My daughter recently went to the eye doctor. It went very well. Everything was professional. A month later my daughter already broke her glasses and we went back again. They were very helpful, fast, and I appreciate the entire experience. I highly recommend to anyone whose kids need new glasses!
So I've been using this optometrist for years and have never had issues until now but it's enough of a problem that we will not go back ever again and we canceled all our glasses and contacts.
The optometrist himself is an awesome guy and I Enjoy dealing with him. But this comes down to his staff.
They don't have the knowledge they need to do their jobs properly and on top of that they had my wife come ban in to try and deal with it which although a waste of her time, we are ok with. Right up until the point that the girl at the front counter lied to my wife's face and tried to blame my wife for her inability to do her job.
In the end we canceled everything and won't be returning. It's a shame that one employee that can't do their job can ruin a relationship I've had for years where my whole family came here.
Very poor service, the staff is rude and doesn't seem to know what they are doing, I wish I would of visited the place prior to my appointment, it is a very dirty and unsanitary facility, the smell is awful, waiting area is filthy all together. The exam was not thorough at all and the Dr seemed to be in a hurry or bad mood. I came here because a friend of mine recommended me to them, he said they sell you trial contacts which I don't know if that is even legal since trials are not for sale. Do not waste your time, do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.
Amazing people here! Very helpful! They actually do thier best for us! Unlike other clinics! Truly grateful
I love my experience here they always nice to me and they have good name brand glasses, not too expensive
