America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I visited the Georgetown store b/c my 2 month old glasses broke. I was greeted by Larenz who listened to what I was looking to do, as I wanted to see if there were more durable options to replace my broken ones with. He heard what I needed and starting searching for options to show me that best fit my needs. He showed me 3 additional options and although I had limited color options I was able to settle on ones that met all my requests besides the color. I even happily paid $50 more to upgrade as I know it's an investment and if I had just replaced the broken glasses w/ the same, I'd be back in a month w/ them broken again. Larenz was excellent and did everything I'd expect one of my salespeople to do for my company. 10 Stars!!! Thank you Larenz!!!

I got a bill saying I owe $25 because my insurance didn't cover the full amount. When I was at the office, I was told my insurance wasn't accepted, which was fine. I originally planned to get a contact exam, but I told both the front desk and the doctor I wasn't doing it since I had already waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen. Then I got this bill, so I called the number. The rep told me a contact exam was still done, said she could see the prescription for it, and even claimed I probably didn't realize it was done because it's on a machine. I never received that prescription, and honestly, this feels like fraud. If you ever schedule here, document everything, record conversations, do whatever you can to protect yourself. But the fact the doctor STILL did a service that I didn't want anyone is shocking. I had only paid $81 for the promotion they offer. Shocking that I would pay that in store and they turn around and bill my insurance

Worst customer service ever .. Ana was so rude and unprofessional .. first of all didn't greet when customers were coming in and second didn't ask if we needed help third was yelling across the office what customer to get ..my appointment was at 10:00am and they called me at 11:00am if they were behind, please at least tell the customers I would have rescheduled.. spent there like 3 hours with not know what to do because nobody would tell me what was going on ... Ana made my day worse with her bad behavior and attitude.. I really need corporate number or assistance..

Great people! I was getting lens replacement elsewhere and only need eyeglass measurements. They did it for me right there for free. Outstanding customer service and I wasn't even a customer!

Beautiful and kind girl named ERIKA helped me and wife check out. She explained contacts and lense options very well and she managed to stay within my budget!! Props to ERIKA for being kind enough to do what most young people refuse to do nowadays. Would definitely come back to this location and have ERIKA check us out again!

Carla was a huge help. She quickly picked up on the styles I liked and the ones I didn't like. Didn't take long. She knows how to pick up quickly on things. It's a different experience when the customers faces become the reps faces . The whole experience was great. My 1st time there. I will return. Never been so excited to have options with my glasses. 2 Pairs is great.

I called and got in same day to fix my prescription, they got me in same day! Got everything fixed and Larenz helped me & got everything squared away with my new glasses. If anyone is looking for new glasses, Go see Larenz at America's Best in Georgetown

America's Best had been a great solution for our family eyeglasses. This year we had used their service for Georgetown and Round Rock. They are very professional, great selection of frames, affordable product, and an excellent customer service. Today in the Georgetown location the specialist helped my with a return, he listened and understood my daughter's needs and was able to find the lenses that she needs, make it a very easy process.
