Dr. Nguyen and his staff were outstanding. He has an excellent bedside manner, is extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, and they were very patient in helping us work through insurance questions. We truly appreciated the thoughtful treatment plan he created and felt very well cared for. Highly recommend!

I've been a patient of Dr. Paul Nguyen for almost 5 years now. I started with him at another eye center and was immediately impressed with his level of attention to detail, so much so, that I'm willing to travel out of my way (he was in Pflugerville) to Georgetown. My 1st visit to his location only gave me affirmation I made the right choice. Bright Sight's equipment was impressive with the latest advanced technological equipment, accompanied with his expertise, attention to detail and his knowledgeable, experienced and friendly staff made my annual appointment a pleasure. It's important to feel comfortable and feel like you're spending your money with a business that does a great job. Bright Sight Eye-Care is that for me.

From the moment we arrived, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They made the exam simple and easy for her to understand, which meant a lot to us as parents. Afterward, she had a great time picking out her glasses, with plenty of lens options to choose from and an impressively quick turnaround time. Everything was very reasonably priced as well. We've since returned to have her glasses adjusted, and Justin went above and beyond to make sure they fit perfectly. He made the adjustment process incredibly easy and took the time to get everything just right. My husband and I had a great experience at Bright Sight Eye Care. The environment was clean, beautifully decorated, full of natural light, and well organized. Scheduling was very easy. They were also very gracious when I needed to reschedule. The exam itself was very well done, straightforward, and easy. The eye doctor is very professional and friendly. The front desk person is also very nice. Justin, who helped us with our lenses is very good at what he does. He had our lenses back to us very quickly. He cut new lenses for my glasses so well. I was able to use my existing frames, and he didn't damage them at all. He did a great job! I highly recommend this eye doctor. They've got their stuff together and do their best to make it a nice experience for their patients.

My husband and I came into town just for a weekend get away. Hubby ripped his contacts. His only pair he had. Dr Paul Nguyen took care of us and was able to give him a trial pair!! It was definitely needed as my husband needs them to drive! Not all places will give you an emergency trial pair without being seen. You do have to have your prescription but we are thankful for Dr Nguyen's hospitality! Thank you so much for taking care of our emergency.

First time experiencing was GREAT! Everyone was kind and understanding. This is my first time wearing glasses and they comfortable. I'll have to get use to them, but since I took my time picking out my glasses it should be soon. Thank you!
