Made appointment a month in advance, give all my insurance information, they called me a day before my appointment to tell me they had to cancel my appointment cause they don't take my insurance. I thought that was kinda unprofessional.

Horrible staff. Not knowledgeable or friendly & they rush you to pick glasses when you can't see due to the dilation of your eyes. Not much selection & and the prices are about the same as other big name eyewear places.

I highly do not recommend lone star vision they have been the most unhelpful people possible I had scheduled an eye exam twice now and the first time they canceled morning of only a few hours before my appointment the second time i got there and they were rude unhelpful and canceled my appointment without my knowledge due to their ONLY eye doctor not being in office and then they try to schedule me over a month out from my original appointment AGAIN. If you want an eye exam go to warby parker these people at lone star do not care about you or your time I had to drive 2 hours to my appointment with traffic and yet they had no regard for me and my time. So please save yourself from this headache and go somewhere else that has more than ONE eye doctor.
