Couldn't have had a better visit. The staff was excellent and the doctor corrected my vision which I desperately needed. They were excellent I highly recommend them. Found my eye doctor! Thank you all.

Took my daughter for an eye exam and to get contacts. The reception and the doctor were amazing and very patient with my daughter who has high anxiety. They explained everything to her and answered all her questions very thoroughly. Highly recommend and will continue to come back

I have been a patient here for years for both routine glasses exams and medical related care, and until now I have never had an issue. I received a call from Brandy in the appointment call center and it was one of the rudest customer service interactions I have ever experienced. She called to confirm an appointment and I asked which type it was since I am seen here for more than one reason. I explained this clearly. Instead of listening, she immediately replied with attitude asking if I wanted to confirm it or cancel it. I said I wanted to confirm the appointment and also schedule the second one. She then asked what the second visit was for even though I had already explained it two minutes earlier. At that point I asked if she could see my previous visits in the system since it seemed like she may not be familiar with the terms. Instead of answering, she raised her voice and said, "Ma'am I can't see anything. This is the appointment center." There was absolutely no need to speak to me like that. I calmly asked why she was talking to me with an attitude. She immediately denied it while continuing with the same rude tone. I hung up and called back hoping someone else could help. She answered again and became defensive and short with me instantly. When I asked to speak with someone else she said no. When I asked for a manager she said there was not one. I said I would call corporate and she yelled that there was not one and hung up on me. I called back again and she told me no one would speak to me, even though I never raised my voice and never disrespected anyone. My only issue was the way she was speaking to me. At this point I started recording the call and she then started to deny the series of events and hung up in my face again. I called again and Michelle answered the phone. I said "hello, how are you" and instead of even attempting to help she also hung up in my face. I called the final time and got Maria who said she was put me in contact with their manager Joseph. I'm still waiting on this call. This level of behavior is completely unacceptable. I have been loyal to this clinic for years and have never been treated like this. If this is the type of customer service being allowed, then something needs to change. Patients deserve professionalism, respect, and a basic level of courtesy. I received none of that today.

Loved taking my two kiddos here. Issues with insurance errors but was immediately resolved. I was able to get all information needed and multiple prescriptions to order even online without asking. Thanks so much Dr. Ramos

Let me start by say this is the best opticians office I've been to. They make sure you are comfortable and make the entire process feel like a breeze. I decided we would take the whole family to go get checked all at once (6 people). When it was time fore the kids to be checked, they were extremely patient and walked them through ever little step. When one kid would get scared they took the time to talk to them about what is going to happen and then like magic, the kiddo would brave the new and get it done. If I could give more stars I honestly work. Solid 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. Especially those with children.

I had an appointment today for a glaucoma screening & was told when I arrived that the machine needed for the testing was broken & they had no idea when it would be fixed. This was the 2nd location I was referred to as the original location in the Mueller shopping area had the same problem--NON WORKING GLAUCOMA TESTING EQUIPMENT!! I have no faith that this company due to their faulty equipment & suggest EVERYONE steer clear of them if you need something more than an a regular eye exam.

My experience with several locations of Master Eye Associates has been excellent. I see Dr. Dana Dang at whatever location she is practicing on the day we can make an appointment. At every location I have visited (Georgetown, Lakeline, Round Rock), the front desk staff, medical assistants, office managers, and, of course, Dr. Dang are professional and *kind*. I am temporarily disabled, and everyone treats me with care and respect. The experience has been especially good with Dr. Dang and the office manager, Jai, at the Georgetown location. Just lovely people at every site. Thank you, Master Eye Associates doctors and medical support staff. You treat people with care and kindness.

I was able to do a walk-in & I'm so glad I chose this place! Yeni was super helpful and very personable with me. Dr. LaCount made me feel comfortable and answered all the questions I had. Glad my first pick didn't work out because I wouldn't have had this experience :)
