Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. This office is incredibly efficient, and their entire process is smooth, organized, and stress-free. From check-in to check-out, everything moved quickly without ever feeling rushed. Dr Birkmann was not only extremely knowledgeable and thorough, but also genuinely funny and personable, which made the whole visit enjoyable and relaxing. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about patient comfort. Hands down one of the best eye care experiences I've ever had. I had a great experience with Dr. Fadel and his staff. My 7 and 5 y/o were out of school and the wonderful staff gave them coloring paper and crayons to keep them busy while dad was getting an eye exam! Next, I am a stickler for places like this to excel in cleanliness and this place would pass any white glove inspection. The exam itself was efficient, quick and I left with a the feeling I was in good hands. Dr. Fadel and his staff were easy to speak with and were extremely personable. My experience was so good that I will continue to make the 30 min drive to this location for all my eye care needs from here on out! 5 star experience!

This was our first time getting eye check up at this optical. The service was good, we were taken care of right away, the staff were friendly, especially Hailey, she helped us with our insurance and take care of us until the end my daughter liked her she was kind and helpful. I wish they had more frame to choose from but other than that i would highly recommend it

Excellent help everyone was so courteous and smiling and supportive. God Bless them all including the wonderful Dr. who made my prescriptions for new glasses. The only thing was put eye drops in 6 times a day hard enough to get them in 3 times a day but very nice about it.
In all everyone was happy go lucky people.

I bought a pair of progressive glasses at this Pearle vision location many moons ago. They are now my work glasses. They worked great. But the service after the sale is the best around. They will adjust my glasses or other glasses I purchased elsewhere. I recently had another pair where the lenses became loose and popped out. My boutique location where I purchased the glasses would not service them after a year. Wow, Pearle did a great job adjusting and tightening the glasses, plus cleaning them. Shout out to Ms Hailey. Great service. One of the best places in Georgetown.

I believe it was Hailey that helped me and my partner get new glasses. She was the girl with fabulous orange tinted glasses. She was so honest with her opinions which I asked for. She heard our concerns and made us feel like we made the best choices. Bravo, I also think it was Michelle who was there when I picked up my new glasses. She made sure they fit my face and I appreciate that.
