Been going here for years but never again. New owner refused to honor warranty on my lenses. Very disappointed to see that the name and reputation died with the past owner.

I had an appointment at 2pm today. I called them to tell them i was going to be about 13 mins late which did turn into 15 mins because i am a single mother or 3 battling mental illness and addiction and i have a job. They think rescheduling is easy didn't even take into consideration that i called to let them know id be late. Asking if they could please make an acception because i was getting my kids things organized and time flew by. Never have a went to an appointment that told me after ten mins they'd have to reschedule. It was very inconsiderate, they do not care about their clients. I have been supporting this business for years but i will no longer support them. Besides you can find a cheaper eye doctor elsewhere.

Staff very helpful. Been a patient there for years, and they have been nothing but professional. My son broke his glasses and was calling for his prescription. Becky went out of her way to inform me on a warranty. She saved us time and money. Great job!

They Really helped me out. My wife purchased contacts and did not use my insurance. They returned my money and allowed me to use my insurance 3 days later. Great Job! Helping out the customer is the key.

Stellar service! I had an exam on a Friday and in less than 24 hours I had my new glasses. Dr. Tully was very thorough and informative. The staff were very courteous.

Dr. Tully is very patient and answers all questions throughly. The staff also took such care with handling of glasses selection, fitting, and paperwork. Very pleasant and professional all the way around.

I won't be back. Loved the doctor he was very knowlegable, but the rest of the staff sucks. They aren't friendly or helpful. They didn't help is pick out glasses. They didn't even fit my daughter when her glasses came in. Horrible customer service.

We had an appointment to which we were over 3 minutes and they refused to take us in. Not even considering we had a 40 minute drive with construction delays.
