I would not recommend. They sent my order "supposedly" to the wrong lab. What that means, I don't know. They were supposed to expedite the order. I was to originally receive the glasses on Jan 28th. Since they made an error they were going to expedite. I am being told the "lab" said eta Feb. 13th. That is not expedited at all. It's the same wait time as the original order. Thank you for letting my daughter run around trying to do her schoolwork for a month with no glasses. Let's hope I do receive them on Feb 13th and don't here sorry we made an error again. AGAIN I would not recommend.

Never had an issue in years! Was told they'd have my glasses ready in 2 weeks or so. Waited the 2 weeks to be told someone else picked them up THEN was told they know never to order a pair of glasses unless they're paid off upfront. I've been going for over 3 years never had this happen. When I try to explain the man on the phone had a damn attitude and just kept saying "we're just gonna cancel the order" over and over without even letting me decide if I wanted to keep the order! Very disappointed! Taking my business elsewhere.

I have been looking around for glasses for a few weeks now, finally found some at Visionworks. The employees were extremely helpful, the first day I was greeted immediately upon arrival. I can be verry indecisive but the lady Rebeca was very pacitenr with me. After much deliberation I was stuck between 2 pairs, the next day I whent again and was helped my another verry kinda lady Nancy. After telling her what 2 pairs I was debating on buying she was extremely helpful regarding my decision.
All on all 5 stars definitely recommend
