I love this particular center. They have excellent service. Patty is always giving superb service and goes an extra mile. This lady should be promoted to supervisor or manager.
They can bring your own glasses to support your prescription or buy from the great selection the have at their store. I recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for great customer service and custom design. Thank you Patty and I do hope your superiors see this review.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.
Don't come here worse customer services. Rude staff. One male I dealt with was more concerned about the eye glasses on the wall being perfect and straight instead of actually helping us. A female employee acted like we were bothering her when we went to pick up my sons glasses. Very rude and unprofessional.

The ladies that work in the Helotes Walmart Vision Center are very professional. I went alone so they were the ones that helped me make my final decision on the pair to purchase. I'm extremely happy with my glasses. They're my first pair of progressives. They're very comfortable and I don't realize I have them on most of the time.

Poor customer service
My friend and myself went in to get glasses fixed and try to buy a second pair. Broken glasses were fixed by a young man I believe in training. The employee training named Patty never asked if we needed help, only approached us as she was bothered by us searching for a new pair. She verbalized for us to give her the frames we touched so she could sanitize. We apologized for touching frames, as we were looking to buy. No signs were posted to not touch frames! We would have sanitized frames after touching! She was plain rude and made us feel unwanted in the store. Hope she has better days!

They made my glasses wrong and wont admit it. Very rude and condesending. Said my eye SURGEON gave me a bad perscription. WRONG. got the eye exam redone and it was correct. then they said that it was normal for me to have severe double vision with my new glasses and that although I have worn glasses for 45 years and never had that problem before I was wrong and did not know what I was talking about. Assistant store manager was going to have district vision manager call me and have not heard from them yet. Will never go back to this store for glasses again. They never admitted they measured me wrong. Would not listen to what I had to say. Got very very very rude and cut me off when I was trying to explain. Basically told me to get lost. Well, I got lost. Am still trying to find a phone number to corporate to complain.
