Went to this location for an eye exam back in December 2025. Everything seemed to be going smooth until I had an issue with the set of glasses I purchased. Only Less than 60 days and I couldn't get used to glasses and returned to them to advise them thinking it was going to to get fixed. Only to find out that I'd have to pay for another eye exam and a new set of lenses for my frames. You would think after spending over $1000 with them that this would be something that they would gladly take care of for a costumer and honor a set of lenses. I would advise you to pick somewhere else! Not happy what so ever with this location and maybe they will fix this!

The store has a great selection of frames, too!

Very satisfied!!
Recently I shopped glasses for my kid, good selection of frames for kids and prompt service. Very satisfied with the experience and got to understand to all options before we picked the lens and frame.
Store timing is not as good as other chains but not the fault of this location, just in general pearle vision policy.
Satisfied with processing/delivery time frame, would definitely go again for future needs!

Another great visit and another pair of glasses. This is my third from this location in a hand full of years along with multiple pairs for both my kids.
The service is always friendly, helpful and the return time on getting my prescription filled has always been on or before quoted.
Love this place and love the owner/operator for all they do for their customers!

It is ok place. The optometrist sitting next is really nice. But the shop doesn't put prices on the frames. Nor do they clearly explain the choices of lenses and their prices. It feels like they just make up prices on the spot. Also while doctor's office has a restroom they don't let you use it if you are in the store. Their restroom recommendation is to use wal mart restroom.
