Village Vision Center

This was my first visit to Village Vision Center, and I was extremely impressed. They have state-of-the-art technology for vision testing and eye exams, and they took the time to explain each step and every result along the way. It was honestly the best eye exam I've ever had. I highly recommend them.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Jacob and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Dr. Jacob took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the exam. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness truly set them apart. I left feeling confident in my eye health and grateful to have found such a great provider. Highly recommend!

Beautiful office and an incredible range of well made glasses. Staff was 5 star along with the care from the optometrist. Friendly, professional and the latest technology for your eye exam. Kaitlyn my sales lady, was patient and very qualified in fitting and choosing your best eyewear. I highly recommend them and wish them much success. This is the kind of customer service that is so hard to find these days and I'm pleased to give them the accolades! Cheers!

We called ahead to ask if this office accepted walk-ins and were told they could see us that morning. We also asked if the visit would be covered by insurance and were told yes. We homeschool and have four kids, so we brought everyone. Initially they said they could only see two, but when we arrived they offered to see three since the children were already there, which we appreciated but they acted inconvenienced that I had all of them there. When we arrived we were informed there would be a $10 charge per child, which we didn't mind, but it was unexpected since we had been told the visit would be covered. We were also given a list of additional out-of-pocket tests, including eye dilation, which we declined because we were not comfortable with it. Staff repeatedly emphasized that dilation was "highly recommended," and we were required to sign waivers declining it. Though we have since talked to many other people that have gotten glasses without it no issue at other eye doctors. The exams were completed, and one of our children was told he needs glasses. However, the ophthalmologist said she would not release his glasses prescription unless we agreed to dilation. Because of this policy, we now have to find another doctor and pay for another exam just to obtain a prescription for glasses he needs. I did attempt to resolve this by email afterward in hopes of finding a solution. Unfortunately, we were still unable to obtain the prescription without agreeing to dilation. Families may want to clarify this policy ahead of time if they are not comfortable with dilation as they will hold your eye prescription hostage in efforts to get extra money from you for dilation when its not needed. Also, you might want to check your benefits before coming in so you know how much you will need to pay so you don't get caught off guard when you come in. Excellent facility. Well equipped and modern Computerised machines. Very clean and tidy. Spacious. Well behaved qualified staffs. Knowledgeable and friendly Doctors. A vision center with a modern Vision. A facility where:- "Our unsharpness will be Sharpened"

I had an absolutely great experience today. It's been over 10 years since my last appointment and the today made everything so smooth! From the friendly initial tech consult to the thorough exam process I felt well informed the entire way. The optometrist was GREAT! Ashlin was intelligent, kind, and made me feel right as ease. Won't be going anywhere else! Thank you to the Village Vision Team for the great experience!

Wonderful experience. This was my first time to Village Vision Center. I was thoroughly impressed and happy to be a patient there. The staff were friendly. The exams were comfortable. The doctor was wonderfully friendly and explained things in an easy-to-understand manner. The process to select new glasses was fun and painless. All around a great experience. Thank you!

The facility here is absolutely beautiful and clean. There was so much space to browse and lots of different frame brands/styles to choose from. I just needed contacts and they didn't push me to order glasses so I appreciated that, although the doctor did tell me what her recommendations were for lenses should I choose to return and purchase some. Each staff member was attentive and friendly. Allie, Emily, and Dr. Conrad were all fantastic!! I definitely recommend this office.
