As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and it was very inviting. Both receptionists were very helpful and pleasant to work with. And Dr. Gonzales was awesome, and then I went next door to vision works and both Ricky and Katie were very helpful, friendly and very pleasant to work with, my overall experience was great!! I would recommend them to anyone!

I saw Dr. Gonzales for my annual eye exam and the care that she and her staff (specifically November, who helped me set up my appointment and Isabel, who checked me in) provided was phenomenal! Dr. Gonzales was very knowledgeable and had an impeccable bed-side manner. She was welcoming, profesional, and kind in her delivery and both efficient and thorough. I've been a patient for quite some time. I got there about 10 minutes late, and they told me that they had to move my appointment to a later time because I came toward the end of my appointment slot. I've never heard of this happening before, even at other medical clinics. It felt like a waste of my time. I hope you can treat your patients with the care and respect they deserve, rather than seeing them as just another sale.
