Technician who checked me in and then did the preliminary exam was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Dr. Poignard was her usual upbeat self who radiates a caring attitude and ensures she addresses any concerns you may have and provides many options regarding contacts and glass prescriptions. I wish all my doctors had her disposition and caring attitude.

I always were bifocals.
The doctor even saw they were bifocals.
When I got to the place I was getting my glasses from the lady noticed the doctor didn't check thr box for bifocals.
Therefore, I had to get just reading glasses because I wasn't going to travel back to the doctor's office to grt him to redo the prescription.
Very, very dissppointed.
Also, the older lady at Lens Crafters wouldn't get off her butt to assist me.
Must be nice to get paid to sit on your butt.

Very friendly staff and Dr. She wanted to make sure everything was right. I completely recommend this place to anyone. I can say they accept BCBS as well as Humana Gold Medicare. You need to call them to ask about any other insurances. I went to the Hurst location inside the NorthEast Mall. It's a tiny office between Dillard's and Lens Crafters.

This optometrist that I had today made my appointment feel very RUSHED! I felt like he was in a hurry, and didn't really take his time to examine me like the previous optometrist I had before... It seems like a revolving door at this office because every time I go in for a visit... there is a new optometrist ... never the same optometrist. I will NOT go back to this location and will be looking for another establishment for next year.

I had a great experience with Hurst Eyes Now! The eye exam with the doctor was excellent -- very professional and thorough. There was a small mix-up with my contact lens order, but Stacy was incredibly helpful in getting everything corrected quickly. She explained that the delay was due to Bausch & Lomb contacts being on back order at the time, and as soon as they became available, she made sure the correct lenses were being delivered to me.
I really appreciated her responsiveness and how she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Mistakes can happen, but it's the customer service afterward that truly makes the difference -- and Stacy made the process smooth and stress-free.
Overall, I'm very happy with my experience here and will definitely be coming back for my future eye care needs!
