I recently saw Dr. Han and while his technical skills seemed adequate, the overall experience was disappointing. His bedside manner was abrupt, and I felt unheard and dismissed during my visit. When he told me he "sees this every day," it left me feeling like my concerns didn't matter--even though this issue has been stressful and anything but routine for me.
The office environment also contributed to a negative experience. The space felt small and dated, and the staff, while not unfriendly, seemed neutral and disengaged. For a medical appointment, the atmosphere felt more discouraging than supportive.
Because of these factors, I would not return to this practice nor recommend it to others.
