Wow! I can't express how happy I am with the people here. 1st of all my eye doctor's expertise was so on point for the contacts that I never felt the contacts when I put them in. All day wearing them, I still never felt them. This has never happened in 40 years. And the staff!!! These ladies rock. DO NOT GO HERE! 3 months and still don't have glasses. I go and make an appointment 1/19 I get my exam and all is well. The glasses and lenses arrive 2/07 with poor visibility. I try to tough it out and return in a week asking for a re-make in accordance to policy. I was informed lenses were 28mm off-center (massively wrong). They ask for my glasses so they could be re-made. I realized I hadn't gotten contact in a while so I call on 2/19 to learn they were never sent back because I needed to pay for the service. I told them I did everything in accordance with policy and did not owe money. The glasses were sent back per front desk rep on the phone. 2/26 I get a message saying my order is ready to pick up. I get to the store and they try to give me lenses with no frame and proceed to ask if I plan to purchase frames or use the ones currently on my face. They lost my frame. The lady said "it is too late to call the lab. If they don't have it, we will need to replace your frames". Keep in mind I went here for convenience knowing that last year they messed up my insurance and made me lose the ability to get contact when I last visited. After I FINALLY receive what I paid for, assuming it happens, I will never be returning. Do not go here for lenses or frames.

I had arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. There were 2 ladies and 1 guy at the front desk. No one greeted me or acknowledged me in any way as I walked in and stood by the front desk. There was no one else waiting to be checked in at all. I slowly walk to the counter and I say good morning I'm here for my appointment. Someone said something but I did not know who it was as all 3 were looking at their screens or in different directions. I completed my paperwork a sit was my first visit without hey thank or here is what's next. I went to sit down and then an assistant called my name. She seemed nice and did the pre checks before I see the doctor. She then moved me to another room and stated that she would place me in this room as all the others are full even as their doctors have preferred rooms. She said the doctor would be in soon., sit the door and left me waiting. I waited about 45 minutes in that room. I walked out and asked when the doctor would be available. At this point, no one had checked in on me or had let me know what was going on. She casually just stated "I don't know". There was no concern or updates. I told her that I would need to reschedule as I had to go back to work. She grabs my file from the door and takes me to the front. The same people that were there when I checked in were still doing the same thing with no other customers checking in/out. There as a not an "I'm sorry...", "let me check" or any other kind of courtesy or care. They were dry, non-engafing, not caring at all. Not even a smile. Why would anyone trust their health to medical staff that doesn't even seem to care about their patients or even acknowledges them?.

My experience was amazing! Front desk greeting, pre-lim with the tech, treatment from the doctor and the finalizing with Michelle was perfect. I have nothing but good things to pass on regarding the is location. Michelle and team thank you and I look forward to coming back soon!

Super clean- and organized. Michelle was attentive right when I walked in the door. Didn't rush me with the choosing process of my frames. And was honest. Great atmosphere all around. Def recommend coming to this location

Dr. Blake Hughes is amazing, like his father before him. I wish I could say the same about the rest of the staff. They didn't call me to let me know my contacts arrived - 3 weeks later I had to call them. I pick them up and find out that they gave me the wrong person's when I went to use them. I call and verify their close time - they said 6pm. I asked twice and said I would be there after work. I leave a little early and drive all the way over there - THEY ARE CLOSED. The sign says they're open until 7pm and she said 6pm, this was about 5:15pm. It took me almost 45 minutes to get home because of the traffic. I have to make a 3rd trip and when I asked what happened, she says I don't know, I leave before 5pm. No, I'm sorry for that, let me see what happened, nothing. I ask who I can talk to about it and again, no apology, just the manager isn't there. And don't get me started about their incompetence when it comes to scheduling appointments or changing appointments without letting the patient know. They won't let you speak to the doctor either if you ask.

My appointment today was great! Jade was so engaging and welcoming! Dr. Hughes was thorough and wonderful as always and took time to answer my questions. Great place with great service!
