I called ahead to make sure they were comfortable with seeing my chronic condition! Josh spoke to the physician and called me back to make sure I knew we were good for our appointment. The atmosphere in the office is super positive. Everyone working is so kind and really gets to know you as a human and not just a number. Dr. Hensley was extremely knowledgable and has an amazing bedside manner. I was really impressed by this office and their staff!

I recently began searching for a new eye care provider after my previous doctor transitioned into specialty care, and I decided to give Hutto Vision Care a try. Wow--what a great decision. The facility is beautiful, spacious, and welcoming, and the level of service was truly top-notch. Rachel greeted me upon arrival, and I immediately knew I was in the right place. She was warm, friendly, and professional, and provided a seamless handoff to Dr. Hensley. Dr. Hensley took the time to explain an important detail about my eye care that no other doctor had ever fully explained, and it made such a difference. I finally feel at ease knowing I've found a new home for all of my contact and glasses needs moving forward. I highly recommend Hutto Vision Care to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and outstanding service.

The doctor is great! The reviews for him are spot on! However we waited over an hour for our schedule appointment. We waited almost a month for the glasses to come in. When the frames needed fixed and they couldn't fix them we weren't even offered the same pair or a different pair with the same price point, we were told we could order from a certain shelf only. If we return to this doctor, we will just get the exam and prescription and buy glasses elsewhere

I will be a returning customer for all future vision care needs and recommend this place to everyone I know. I've been to many optometrist offices and this one is my favorite by leaps and bounds, it's a safe bet coming here, you can rest easy that you've found the right place. Quick and efficient service, questions are always welcome and everyone treats you like family, this is a good business with good people.

Been seeing Dr Hensley probably since they opened. He is absolutely my most favorite eye doctor. I've moved out of Hutto now and been away from central Texas but I always come back for my annuals with him, I don't trust anyone else.

Dr Hensley is the BEST eye doctor there is. He is extremely knowledgeable about everything! He finds things no other eye doctor does. He is thorough and most importantly cares about his patients and their overall well being and health. He is second to none! Also Rachel is phenomenal she goes above and beyond for all patients and actually cares about people. This place treats you like family.

Dr. Hensley and staff were great!! I took my 4 year old after he didn't pass the vision portion at his 4 year well check at the pedi office. I 100% walked into that appointment thinking his vision was fine. Learning that my son had an issue with his vision was hard but Dr. Hensley took his time and explained everything in detail. He made sure he answered all my questions. His staff then took the time to help me find a pair of glasses that would fit my sons face. Highly recommend this office!

Upon arrival, the front office staff was very professional and helpful. My boys can be a little nervous, but the staff and Dr. Hensley made them feel really comfortable. My 5yr old had never had a full eye exam like this before but Dr. Hensley was very thorough, explained everything to me, and also asked about any concerns my kids or myself had. I appreciate the opportunity he gave my kids to speak for themselves, and I appreciate that he also inquired from me on what I might notice. My kids felt very comfortable and I love that. We will be returning to Hutto Vision Care!!
