I am writing to share how satisfied my daughter and I were with the service we received during our visit yesterday. From the moment we entered, we were greeted warmly by every staff member. Despite having back-to-back appointments, the wait time was minimal and very reasonable. Dr. Heda was extremely professional, attentive and gentle. I especially appreciated how she communicated each step of the exam process. My daughter and I both felt very comfortable under her care. After our exams Farah and the gentleman at the front desk were incredibly helpful and patient as they assisted us in selecting our frames. Farah even had several options pre-selected for my daughter, which made the process seamless. Additionally, meeting Ravi was a pleasure, as he provided a very welcoming and friendly environment. Thank you for your outstanding customer service. We would recommend your establishment to anyone in a heartbeat and look forward to future visits.

Look Eyecare was exactly what I was looking for! I've had the same eye dr for years, trusted him until he sold out to a large company. Really worked hard last year trying to make it work with them. After a quick exam(always rushed now), a front desk person who was very rude AND 3 tries of trying to get my scripted glasses correct, I gave up! I'd heard about Look Eyecare but put off making an appointment....didn't want to be frustrated again! That all changed when I walked through their doors! I was greeted into their beautiful office by their great staff and the Dr was a dream. Very professional with up to date equipment! I didn't realize how dated my old eye doctor's was. Dr. Heda slowly and carefully asked questions, showed me new equipment and performed her exam with great precision. It was the first time, in a long time, I truly felt I was going to be able to see better! She then showed me the difference in her exam and what was actually in my glasses(the ones that had been corrected 3 times). I feel very confident I will be able to finally use my glasses properly! When I was leaving, we talked about a new contact lens that's out, a soft lens I might be able to use. Again, she is cutting edge! Run, don't wait like I did, make an appointment today, you won't be disappointed!!

I have been to LOOK for two years straight and they have been very professional and I received top care. I highly recommend them for any of your eyewear needs. Great customer service, wonderful optometrist and my lenses came in quickly.

From the moment I walked in the door, I could tell that this is a true family practice, not just some corporate clinic, and they put my eye health and needs first (not selling glasses). Dr. Heda is the most thorough, patient, and caring optometrist I have ever seen. She conducted an extensive exam, and then presented me with both empirical data and her experienced, informed impressions of that information. She listened to my responses and concerns, and we agreed on a plan I am comfortable with. I give Dr. Heda and Look Eyecare of Irving my highest recommendation!

Haya at the front desk was very helpful and patient with all the questions I had. Ravi was informative on my options on glasses and Monika guided me thru the process how it works thru whatever insurance one has. Thank yall again!

They do not have proper online appointment, Doctor was nice but my insurance didn't work. Due to emergency i need to bare charges from own poket. Glasses collection are ok, but total optical was having really good collection.
