As an African American, it meant so much to see someone who looks like me showing such empathy, patience, and deep knowledge. She is truly the main reason I will continue coming to this clinic, with Dr. Embargo being a close second. The whole team was wonderful. Highly recommended!"

Absolutely terrible! Service is trash!! I had call two months ago to see if they could replace my sons frames because they keep breaking and I am getting tired of spending money on getting the same issue fixed on the frames . I literally had to call them Today after two months of waiting to get an answer On if they could fix my sons frames . The woman that answered the phone was very rude It wasn't sympathetic at all. She basically told me I would have to wait until my Appointment for him to get another frame Which is in February I had asked her If they could temporarily fix them until his appointment and she basically said no in a ugly way, and wouldn't give me no alternatives and she was talking over me as well. Very unprofessional and I will be finding somewhere else for my son to go get his eyes checked and glasses! Do not spend your services here with them awful!

The service was excellent!! They where very kind and attentive to details over what i was trying to express what was going on. All of the personnel was really sweet and willing to help.

Well....I waited over a month for my son's appointment. The Irving office called me multiple times the week before his appointment to ask about referral and authorization which had already been on file for a few weeks. Then when I get there, they asked me the same thing that they had previously called me about for the referral and the authorization that was already on file. Then I waited for an hour for my son's appointment for them to forget about him. I just ended up canceling his appointment and will go elsewhere and pay my money to somebody who actually cares.

Dr Kumar is outstanding has cared for my child for 5 years now. Very grateful

They provided misleading information when I called to make an appointment, we could have gone to Costco for vision testing of our child. They also did not disclose all the changes when we made the appointment. The exam room was really outdated with torn seat cushion and old equipment.

Called me back quickly for my appt. Friendly and helpful.

I was very impressed with entire staff and how everyone interacted with ny 5 yr old.
