Dr Osman is amazing! Very professional and helpful. Renee helped me with my glasses and was so sweet and thoughtful of my time and money. If you're looking for a staff that cares and is helpful. This is the place! Thank y'all so much!!

Renee helped me with selecting of my glasses! She has helped me several times over the years & she is the most kind person! She made me feel so beautiful trying on glasses & was so beyond helpful with everything! I will definitely be coming back because of her!!!!

Always an excellent experience at the eye doctor with the Whitley Road office. No wait time and quick appointment time. Love that you can schedule online now. Doctor compared old scans and images of my atypical eyes to assure me there had been no changes. Office staff spent a ton of time with me while I waffled on which frames to choose. :)

Thankful to have found this center! My son had an eye injury and they took us in right away. The office is beautiful and the staff is great. Dr. Neel is an amazing knowledgeable and caring person. He gave us more than enough time and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this center.

Update: Dr Horn has left the practice and without difficulty at all Dr. Tiffaney Tregellas, OD took me in as a patient. She is just as caring and knowledgeable. My husband and I like the doctors and though we travel a distance we appreciate the concern of all the staff. Love that they open at 7 AM on weekdays. After my previous eye care professional decided to drop my insurance company, I found Dr. Neel's office. Not enough can be said in praises for Dr. Emily Horn. She gives detailed explanations for the care she gives especially for items beyond the routine exams. Thank you for the wonderful care I received from all the doctors and optical staff.

Different doctor as this group has paired with the retiring doctor. Staff was efficient and the doctor was wonderful. However, it was sticker shock at checkout. The $149 eye exam was almost $400! They charge $165 extra for a contact fitting. Sure would have wanted to know that in advance.

From the time I walked in the door I was treated with care and respect. It was very evident that Dr. Neel and his staff communicate well and have the patient's best interest in mind. I really enjoyed having the pictures/scans of my eyes and Dr. Neel did a great job of explaining the results. I have recommended your office to friends and family!

They have good service but I got the worst eye lenses. I used to wear glasses for more than 10 years never ever got scratched before. But this time my lenses got scratched after a month , I was asking them the same lenses like the previous one, and the lady said okay, but I got the wrong lenses and they charged me more than the previous one, I thought it's gone be the best one but it's awful.
