Dr. Zambili was absolutely wonderful. She was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable during my eye exam, and she took her time explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all of my questions were answered before moving on. She also gave thoughtful recommendations that felt personalized rather than generic. I also want to highlight how kind and attentive the entire office staff was. The optical technicians and staff were welcoming, patient, and just as thorough throughout the process. From start to finish, the experience felt professional and reassuring. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Zambili and her team to anyone looking for excellent eye care. 10/10 stars

I had a really great experience here today--Dr. Ngo was amazing and the price of my contacts and appointment altogether were cheaper than what I usually pay online at 1800 contacts. The lady helping me did such an amazing job (I wish I could remember her name I'm sorry!!) she spent a long time really making sure I got the best price on my contacts through insurance and even price matched them for me, I'm so grateful. Even got a free pair of sunglasses with my contacts purchase.

I saw a Dr here that apparently floats around to different stores, which I didn't know from booking the appointment. He wrote me a prescription and said I would get a text about fulfilling it. I never did. I've been calling around to different stores and they can't actually track him down because he goes to different stores. Without speaking with this guy that is apparently a phantom, I cant get any questions answered or help with my prescription. I called myeyedr corporate and they literally said they can do nothing for me that isn't to do with billing questions and offered to transferme to the store that hasn'tbeen able to help me. At this point I've received no help from anyone other than phone numbers to other stores he might be at but wasn't. This is a terrible experience. Think twice before coming to a place like this. So impersonal and frustrating. I definitely won't be going back.

This is not my ordinary MyEyeDr. I go visit, the one I visit is in North Richland Hills. Never in my life have I worn contacts, so at the age of 33 years old never wore contacts and was always a glasses person, so for giggles, I was like, let me transition to contacts, because my butt was not blessed with blue eyes and I wanted blue colored prescription contacts. Anyway when I tell you I have watched YouTube videos, TikTok videos, my sister and my mom put contacts, I would struggle so much. I decided to call this location where I was put with "Ashley," a contact lens specialist. I informed her that this was not the primary location I visit, but the closest, and I told her I was having issues putting in contacts and wanted a different opinion. She told me to come in today (Friday) when I called yesterday, and we can sit down and prep to help you put them in. I came by today, now when I tell you her method was very on point. Because I had a trouble blinking and closing my eyes she advised me to keep both opened and when I tell you that worked wonders, it was hard, but possible. If it were not for Ashley, I would still be struggling to this day and given up my contacts and worn glasses my entire life because no LASIK surgery is touching my eyes with Final Destination embedded in my head. Thank you, Ashley, for helping me. I went out and went home, and tried again to put in my contacts and kept both eyes open, which is hard, made me put in my contacts in less than 5 minutes when, in reality took me about 30 minutes to an hour to put them in. I got so excited, thank you, Ashley, so much. PSA: If you have trouble putting in contacts, Ashley is a great person to go to if you need assistance, because I can touch my eyeball. My issue was blinking a lot and closing my eyes.

Dr. Tran is amazing! It's the front of office staff that has me considering going somewhere else. My glasses took almost a month to get here. Nobody seemed to know what the reason was. Then on the third time of calling to check I was told I had been notified. Well, if you got my voicemail and hung up, then sure you notified me.

One the worst experiences with the Eye Doctor. Big Rip Offs. They will charge you extra or force you to have second visit to charge your Insurance twice. Nothing special they have what other Optometrist offer. I cancelled my appointment after going there and went to Target. Got the best service I could expect.

Dr. Jemimah Zambili was wonderful! She's kind, thorough and was very personable. Highly recommend.
