Love my Eye Dr. I travel from Fort Worth to go to this location. I am always greeted with a smile and a nice greeting. The Dr. there takes her time with me as I am rather picky about my eyes. She is always patient and kind. The front staff takes the time to help me get the right frames and pays attention to my fitting (have I mentioned I am picky;-). Love my new frames too!!

I absolutely love my visit. The ambience very warm and welcoming lobby. However the doctor always exceeds expectation very personable and genuinely concerned about your total eye care. Would highly recommend her to others.

I have been going to Total Eye Care for over 20 years and have. Always received expert care and courteous treatment. I recently got new glasses there and thought they were a great fit. Two days later, I found I required some adjustment. On arrival, I explained what was needed and was told someone would help me and to take a seat. I could see the young female staff was busy with a patient and expected to be helped after she finished. Just then,a young man entered and was helped immediately.. Surely I would be next but no I kept waiting to be called. I was not acknowledged nor told I would be helped shortly. I could see the staff member sitting at the front desk apparently doing paper work. I waited some more then decided I was not going to be helped, so I said I would return another time. Perhaps I should have made an appointment but was told to come in anytime for an adjustment. Having run a customer dependent business, it was always the policy to help the customer and leave paper work for later. I'll try again this week and hope for the best.

I had an excellent experience here from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, making me feel cared for. The care was outstanding, and the facility itself was spotless and very welcoming (the christmas tree was charming). You can tell they take great pride in what they do. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-quality care everyone should come here!

Agree with the others, service at this location is slipping. Total Eye Care Customer for several years. Visit both locations Keller & Colleyville. Last Exam completed in Colleyville. Glasses made, but vision in left eye was blurry. Called Keller location, closer to house. Explained situation, specifically noted original exam was completed in Colleyville location and that I needed a recheck. Person on phone noted it would not be a problem and scheduled appointment. Stepped away from work, arrived for appointment. While sitting in waiting area, desk person calls me over and says doctor would not be able to see me, and that I would need to make an appointment with the Colleyville location since it was a recheck.... So visit was just a waste of time. This office needs to improve their communication and understanding of their office procedures.

Everyone was so polite and knowledgeable. The doctor didn't make me feel rushed when I asked kept going back and forth between one or two! Stephanie helped me work through insurance and how to get the best price!

Great experience all the way around. Easy to make an appt, very kind staff and Dr. Took my whole family and will be coming back!
