Once I finally found the place, they didn't bother telling me they had moved from the location on hwy 1709, everything started ok. The tech did her part fairly quickly. I would say she finished with me within 30-40 minutes. Everything went downhill from there. An appointment that should keep me in the office for about an hour had me there for over 2. I sat in a waiting room for a while until I was placed in an exam room to wait on the dr. I waited in the exam room for at least an hour and a half. I'm pretty sure I ended up being the last patient there even though I know there had been others come in after me. I have no idea why I was made to wait so long but it won't happen again because I will not return. If he is the only dr in this place then they shouldn't book so many appointments that they can't keep up and keep people waiting. Thank goodness I just happened to be off that day or I would have had to walk out on my appointment to go back to work. No respect for the time of others.

I waited almost 40 min to go back into patient area. Felt rushed during my appointment. I left without clear understanding of my prescriptions. I have seen Dr. Tran for many years and it's the first time I've felt like this. I think it happens when a practice grows to be too big. Less personal and having to wait so long for an appointment that I was more than on time for was disappointing. Front desk person was dismissive when I'd ask if they were running behind or how long it be. Dr. Tran is excellent physician and I'll continue with him. I just wish I wasn't rushed and that there were clearly explanations.
