Do not recommend - whatsoever. My wife called and was able to get me scheduled for an emergency appointment and, over the phone, they were happy to work us in. However when we arrived and presented them with our insurance information, they wouldn't take us because it was "too late to call" to verify insurance, so we left. While that may be practice policy it was nothing they couldn't leave them selves a sticky note for in the morning. The false hope that they shared any sympathy for our emergency only extended as far as their receptionists were willing to work an hour before closing. Truly a missed opportunity on their part because we were prepared to move our family of five to TSO from James eye associates under the premise that they could help us on such short notice. If I lose my vision because of the glass in my eye I will be filing a formal compliant with the State Optometry Board in addition to further legal action.
