I saw Dr. Acosta today. I was in and out in 45 min, including ordering my new contacts. The staff was helpful, even informing me of a $50 rebate. Dr. Acosta was thorough and very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Dr. Catherine Khalaf is truly the best optometrist I've ever had. I just met her, and it was a wonderful experience. She is pleasant, enthusiastic, thorough, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable, and did I mention thorough?? She puts you at ease, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. It's like she knew how I felt, and what I wanted to hear. I left feeling like I got the prescription I needed, and the answers I wanted. I've already recommended her to 5 people, and one of my coworkers asked me to forward him her info and that he will be going to see her. Trust me; you won't regret it. Thanks Dr. Khalaf!

This location not only has the most amazing staff. Dr Acosta is a very professional and personable.Not only does she ask multiple times to make sue you concerns are addressed. Dr. Acosta takes her time and shows great compassion for the patient. Would highly recommend you to come to this location. Your experience will amaze you.

The receptionist was extremely warm and kind, brief interaction but a really good one. Tiana and Dr K were both incredible. Tiana was very personable and efficient, the kind of person that just makes the room brighter. Dr K was in quickly and was very kind throughout my visit, she was the most personable optometrist I've ever had. The optician, Montse, was very informative and helpful, she truly listened to what I wanted out of my glasses and quickly knew exactly what to do. Everyone involved made this the most efficient and pain free visit. By far the best experience I've ever had at any visit. When I come back, I hope I can get the same group of incredible women. From the moment I walked in the door I was met with compassion and kindness.

I had a mixed experience during my visit to this optometrist's office. The front office staff was very welcoming, kind, and professional from the moment I arrived. The assistant who conducted my preliminary exam was especially wonderful--she was thoughtful, engaging, professional, and had a genuinely sweet sense of humor that made the process comfortable and pleasant. Unfortunately, my experience shifted when I met with Dr. Danz. I found him to be somewhat confrontational and difficult to engage with. Throughout the exam, his tone felt defensive, and the way questions were asked made the interaction uncomfortable rather than collaborative. To end on a positive note, Angel, who assisted me with trying on contacts, was excellent--very kind, patient, and professional. He made sure I felt comfortable and supported before I left. Overall, the office has a strong and friendly support staff, but the experience with the doctor impacted what could have otherwise been a very positive visit.

Everyone was really great! From the front desk, to the doctor all the way to the employee that helped me pick out glasses and go over insurance! Everyone was very friendly and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I was very happy with my experience! Edited: Though the overall experience in actually getting my eye test and purchasing the glasses was good, I will say that if you're looking for a quick turnaround, this isn't the place. I was told that I would receive my glasses within 7 to 10 days. Today I spoke to them as I still have not received my glasses over two weeks later and they said the projected date would be the end of this week making it three weeks.

I have been a patient here for years. Dr. Wade is the best. All of the opticians are patient, helpful and super knowledgeable. Hayley (not sure if that is the correct spelling) was so great. I have no plans on going anywhere else for my glasses and eye exams.
