Dr. Welch is so kind and personable. Everyone at his office is so sweet and have taken great care of my mother. He did her cataract surgery quickly and with very little stress on my otherwise anxious mom. Highly recommend!

Pleasant competent staff, try to make you as comfortable as possible as tehy drench you in eye drops and put you thru the paces with different machines. Dr Hu is very nice, second time I have seen him, gentle and wastes no time. All done efficiently, down to the office staff.

Very rude staff answering phone calls. Was given the run around when asking if insurance was or was not excepted. Kept being cut off and being told to call my insurance when I already had, explained that and said I'd like to seek clarity. Continued to be degraded over the phone and told probably, probably not, maybe etc stating they can't verify.
That's one way to get business.

Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. By the time I met Dr. Tomeff, she was ready with a set of contacts due to the prep work by her assistant! I've been wearing, and will wear, my contacts everyday as instructed until my 2 week f/u next week. The prescription is a bit off but once it's corrected, I'll raise my review to 5 stars.
