Went in to see if my prescription was still active or not. Ended up leaving with 6 month supply of daily's and a BEAUTIFUL new pair of Ray Ban glasses! I couldn't be happier with my experience and the amount I was able to afford both prescription glasses and contact lenses! Maggie helped me choose the perfect pair of frames for my specific needs and asks. Absolutely devoted to their customers while under their roof, thank y'all so much for everything every time oh and I'm so freaking excited for the carbon fiber case and cloth!

I've been a customer for nearly two years, but my experiences with the sales team have been consistently disappointing, despite the positive feedback I have for the doctor's side. Below are my concerns:
First Experience (Delayed Delivery):
My eyewear was a week late with no valid explanation.
Second Experience (Worse Delays):
I was told my order would arrive by Friday, February 23rd. It never did. No updates or calls were made, even after I waited until Wednesday, February 28th. I was then informed it would arrive by Friday, March 2nd. Again, no communication.
Incorrect Excuses:
When I finally called, I was told delays were due to "inclement weather." This was a lie, as the storm occurred on February 24th--a day after my original delivery date.
Final Outcome:
I took time off work early on Friday, March 2nd only to find no delivery. I was later told the package would arrive on Monday, March 2nd. Today (March 4th), I received a call confirming the eyewear had just arrived--two weeks and a few days after the initial promise.
