Every staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable and genuinely kind, creating a comfortable and efficient environment. The doctor provided one of the most thorough and high-quality eye assessments I have ever received--far exceeding the standard of care I've typically experienced in the United States. The examination was comprehensive, detailed, and unhurried. What truly stood out was the level of education and preventive guidance I received. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, she offered practical tips for maintaining long-term eye health, and she ensured I had the opportunity to try trial contact lenses to find the best fit and comfort. This practice exemplifies excellence in patient care. Dr Linda Pak was the sweetest! It's not often you leave a doctor's appointment smiling but she made it so pleasant and explained everything so clearly. I left feeling more educated about my aging eyes and the choices I have with glasses and contacts. I highly recommend this office. The staff were great too.

She identified the early stages of macular degeneration in both of my eyes--something my previous optometrist had missed during annual checkups. My daughter saw Dr. Linda Pak for her annual eye exam and contact lens fitting. She was very thorough, took her time and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed and found her explanation of of the different contact lens options very helpful. Dr. Pak and the rest of the team there are fantastic. I unknowingly had damage from improperly wearing contacts, and I was wearing a contact brand that under-corrected my vision. None of my previous eye care places told me either of those things, and I went on like that for years. After one appointment and a close look at my eyes, Dr. Pak had a very serious conversation with me about the future of my vision. She was professional and caring. She listened to me, gave advice and recommendations, and worked with me to find the best path forward. At my second visit, we already saw improvements and I hope to keep bettering the health of my eyes with the help of their outstanding care and consideration. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I went to Pak Family Eye Care today for the first time, and it was truly a very good experience. All of the employees from the receptionist to the assistant to the eye doctor were more than helpful and explained each thing they were doing completely. They made me feel very comfortable, as I was to admit a little unsure of the appointment. I truly recommend them to anyone looking for a great eye care office.

Impressive! They have all the latest testing available. For a small fee with no pressure to agree to it, I agreed to an OCT wellness screening. Those extra tests gave me peace of mind regarding my eye health as Dr Kue went over them in detail.
