Ideal Eye Care at this location finally found two good girls working at the front desk. Heather and Davi. Very nice and friendly. Even over the phone or in person. The last two girls not so much. Rude and unprofessional. Heather and Davi....keep up your good work. Very appreciated.

One star shows I hated it - HATE is such a strong word, so two is dislike, in the beginning, this was not the case. In the beginning, I would have given 5 stars all day. I have been a patient here for give or take, almost a decade, and without a doubt, they used to offer the best self-pay prices in Lake Worth. Unfortunately and fortunately, that is no longer the case. The decision to switch providers wasn't made lightly, nor was cost the only driving factor. After being a loyal patient for so long, a few dollars wouldn't normally outweigh great service but unfortunately, that level of service no longer exists here. My decisions are based not only on my interactions with the staff and doctors but also on the overall unprofessional atmosphere of this location, including the behavior of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. The front desk staff tends to change frequently, but during my last two visits, the same women were present. There was a lot of in and out with the staff, maybe dealing with personal issues or just mingling, but even though the clinic is located inside a Walmart, it's still a business and should be run professionally. Another concern is the cleanliness of the exam rooms. They are consistently dusty, nothing looks wiped down, swept, or mopped, and give the overall impression that little effort goes into maintaining the place. This wasn't a one-time occurrence, it's the same every visit. Finally, there's a clear double standard when it comes to time. If you're late, you risk being charged, rescheduled, or even dropped as a client. Yet, I waited 30+ minutes past my scheduled time for the doctor to show up without so much as a discount or an apology. While the Saturday availability was good when options in Lake Worth were limited. Lake Worth has a several optometrists that are open on Saturday. America's Best & Vision Solutions are some viable options with excellent staff that are open on Saturday. While Vision Solutions prices are significantly higher, their location is almost brand new, the staff and overall care of their patients help to lessen the "blow" of the cost. Lake Worth Premier Eye Care has excellent low cost self-pay pricing as well, if looking for a local business that is open for weekday appointments. Before closing this review, I want to be clear in my experience as I've read some of the others: Dr. Le, has always been the most soft spoken Dr. and I've never had any problems with him, even when I felt he was slightly irritated by my desire to retest my vision. All of the drs I've encountered at this location, including Dr. Le, were fast paced with the exams, which could be viewed as rushed, but as far as their professional attitudes, they've never been unprofessional when speaking to me. Hopefully, this review will help Dr. Le make appropriate changes to help his business flourish like it once did.

If you have no insurance don't come here, they are more expensive than other places.

They obviously don't want my business! I scheduled an eye exam for my daughter for this past Monday, they called me Monday morning to let me know that they could not see her because they were short staffed. They said that they had called me on Saturday and left a message on my phone... I did not have any message or missed call from them. We rescheduled for Wednesday and today (Tuesday) they call me again telling me that we need to reschedule again because they have a problem contacting our insurance. When I asked her when would the issue be fixed so we could reschedule, she did not know. I then told her that the call was to cancel the exam not reschedule, and she said, "oh ok, you want to cancel it?" Hmmm no, that is what you are telling me. Bye Ideal Eyecare, I will take my business somewhere else, no problem...

Didn't match to my eye vision as when i checked with another doctor it was mentioned i was given very high power which was being difficult for my eyes to tolerate .The front desk people ask for keeping reviews as giving a 10$ discount so don't go on the reviews here as its all for discount.The doctor seems to be rushing on checkups which has a bad prescriptive .Traditional eye checkups still which may be have impacted for doctor to provide correct eye power. Stay safe and make your eye checkup healthy and fruitful for yourself.

For a first timer here it was really nice and fast, doctor was really nice and patient and he explains the process clearly. The front desk lady was pretty nice too and they ake you feel comfortable while you wait, 5/5 will come back, I recommend .

I regret going to this location and wasting my time. I made a appointment for 12:30 and I was there at 12:34 due to rain and had to park far in Walmart. When I arrived there they gave me a form fill out. Once I was done filling out the form they told me that I have to come back after 2 o clock and wait in standby to open up. When I asked them why Their excuse was I was late 4 minute. REALLY that was just a excuse and truth is that they had more client then they could handle before lunch. If you guy overbook your self then why should I wait in standby. I am taking my business somewhere else. Update After their response: ask your staff and they will tell you. I am not that stupid to write review for wrong location. You guy just like to give excuse after excuse. FYI appointment was for my wife. I filled the form out that was laminated and they gave me sharpie to fill it out. I can even give you name for both girl that was working. If that doesn't help then check your camera.

We went in there and payed out of pocket for exam and fitting. We then left. After leaving, behind our backs, they decided to charge our insurance 80$ also. Now we cant get contacts or glasses. They know what they did too because we have been trying to get this fixed and they refuse to cooperate. They scammed us and our insurance.
