I just had an eye exam at vision city of Lake Worth. They were super friendly and very professional, Their dedication is toward helping patients be comfortable and well informed. This will be my eye place for future visits.

I had a horrific and concerning experience at Vision City Lake Worth that felt like a complete scam and a violation of patient trust. I strongly advise all parents, especially those with children who have special needs, to avoid this practice. Exclusion, Unethical Diagnosis, and Pushed Products: I was not allowed to be in the room with my minor children during their exam. I noted that one of my children is autistic, and I believe they took advantage of this. Without my knowledge, consent, or signature, they provided a "medical diagnosis" common in kids with autism and charged me an unauthorized $150 "medical diagnosis" fee. To make matters worse, immediately after this questionable diagnosis, they tried to aggressively push "special" glasses that were only available through their office. This is completely unethical and predatory. Unwanted and Unauthorized Procedures & Fees: My Asian children were subjected to a retina screening without my permission. The staff did not ask permission to touch my children and roughly pried their eyes open for the screen. I was told I could not deny the screening, and that insurance would not cover it, resulting in an additional $35 per child charge. Misinformation Regarding Insurance and Minors: After visiting another eye doctor, I learned that minors are not required to have the retina screening and that my insurance actually covers it. This confirms my suspicion that I was deliberately misled and overcharged. This place is toxic, unprofessional, and I feel they took advantage of my family and me for money. They engaged in unauthorized medical diagnoses and procedures, pushed proprietary products, and were untruthful about insurance coverage. Do not go here

Doctors and staff are great!!! They were able to see me on a Saturday!! Very professional and compassionate. Highly recommend them!!!

The entire staff is so friendly!! My husband and I have gone for years, Dr. Litzke is very thorough.

Family owned business, absolutely loved the care and patience that these people had with me. From start to finish I was their priority to make me feel comfortable. The knowledge that everyone had in there blew me away. It's not a americansbest where they rush you through the process. They take their time with you, and have answers for questions you may ask. The doctor was funny, ambitious and all around a great woman to be around. The doctors husband was knowledgeable about their product and was not pushy at all. Leg me try on some frame. The frames however are a bit pricey but this is the place to go. The front staff were cute, funny, talkative, and explained the process precisely. I'd give a 10 star if I could. Great people to be around, great group to interact with, I will be telling my friends and family about them. Absolutely amazing, I look forward to future interactions with these wonderful people.

Absolutely love the doctor. She's very nice and puts things in terms I can understand without sounding condescending. The optic specialists are extremely nice and accommodating. Lifetime customer.

The staff was warm, patient, and very understanding. The optometrist was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my daughter (autistic) felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire visit. It was a very positive experience, and we truly felt cared for.
