Awesome staff! Great atmosphere! They make you feel at home and help you throughout the process and listens to all your questions & needs. Dr.Conte is the best! If you're looking for the best ophthalmologist, Dr. Conte and his staff is where you need to go. I highly recommend them and my wife does too! A+

I presented as a new patient and from the time I presented the first receptionist I encountered acted as though I was a bother (she made an appoint to inform me that she was in the middle of something else when I arrived to check in). I sat for 15 minutes after my appointment time then went back to the desk to ask another receptionist if the office was running late. She said they were. Somehow she knew I was a new patient and gave me the new patient paperwork to complete (not sure why the first receptionist didn't provide them). I was seen by Kirsten and Dr. Conte. My experience with them was AMAZING! I really appreciate their bedside manner, thoroughness, and care. After my exam, I went to get my lenses ordered. The lady presented me with a near blank paper that had red ink, was underlined, and had an explanation point that said I had no benefits. (This lady made an appoint to tell the first receptionist that she didn't have time to check with my insurance, so I called while she went to the front desk to chat with the first receptionist). Of course I had benefits (which seemed to annoy her). She then tried to charge me for lens options that were 100% covered or had a less expensive option because at this point she's rushing through the order. I would definitely recommend this eye clinic based on the exam only (5 stars). I wouldn't recommend if I thought about my mother or a loved one having to deal with the first receptionist or the lady I ordered the lenses with (0 stars).

Staff was well trained in using test equipment. The eye exam was much more in depth than just fitting me for glasses. A thorough examination was made to detect any situations that might need to be addressed by an ophthalmologist.

Dr. Conte is a genius. He continues to make a phenomenal positive difference in the vision of my life.

I really loved the doctor I saw! She explained everything so well. Such a bummer they don't take my insurance! I would have really loved to continue to see her! The price was pretty fair though!

Dr. Conte and his staff are truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for--not just as a patient, but as a person. The entire team is kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. Dr. Conte took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I have a few more appointments scheduled for treatments, and for the first time in my life, I can honestly say I'm looking forward to going to a doctor's office. That alone speaks volumes. If you're looking for top-tier eye care with a team that makes you feel seen (literally and figuratively), Dr. Conte is the one to go to. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at Lake Worth Vision Source. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The office is clean and comfortable, and they made the whole process stress-free. The Doctor was thorough, patient, and really took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their patients.

Dr. Conte's office is all professionals who know what they are doing. I had a difficult eye issue and got it taken care of on my first visit.
