Outstanding Experience at Signature Eye Center! From the moment I walked in, the staff at Signature Eye Center made me feel welcome and cared for. The front desk team, especially Catherine, was incredibly polite, professional, and made check-in smooth and stress-free. Erica went above and beyond to ensure I understood every step of the testing process. She explained each exam clearly and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time, something I really appreciated. Then I met Dr. Koehler, and she was absolutely amazing. She took her time with me, made sure I was comfortable, and explained everything about my eye health in detail. It's rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with genuine care, but Dr. Koehler does exactly that. Overall, the entire experience was excellent, friendly faces, great communication, and top-notch care. I highly recommend Signature Eye Center to anyone looking for a place that truly values their patients!

We had a great experience at signature eye center! Everyone was welcoming, kind and professional. It was my kids' first comprehensive eye exam and Dr Misty Gawelek was so great with them. They enjoyed the entire process as she was so kind and engaging with them. They both left saying they wished they could go twice a year instead of just once!

I was a new patient at Signature Eye Center, and am so impressed. From the moment I walked in I was amazed at how modern and clean the Center was. The staff was extremely friendly. They have state of the art equipment, and all the employees were super knowledgeable. I saw Dr. G and she was kind and patient with me, and she explained every test step by step! I also loved that by the time I left, my new glasses were ordered!! It was so nice to get it all done in one stop! Highly recommend!

The clinic was amazing, from calling to make my appointment to arriving at the eye center everything and everyone was polite, professional and caring! Dr Koehler was respectful, knowledgeable and professional. I haven't been to the eye doctor in 3 years related to the Covid and was sure my eyes were getting a bit blurry and it turns out they really haven't changed and did not need new glasses I just need the glasses tighten a little bit and perfect vision again! What a perfect place to trust your eyes to!!

Amazing staff all around. They always go above and beyond to help. They really do care about their patients. I've been going to Dr. Koehler for over 5 years now and would never go anywhere else. I've had several eye issues that she have helped with. This isn't just another "eye glass" place - they care about all your vision needs.

I spent 3 weeks researching eye docs in the area, trying to find one that offered an alternative to the air-puff torture device. GUESS WHAT?! They don't even have one here. .. but that isn't the only reason I am taking the time to write a review. I am so pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the experience that I think I will actually keep up with my eye care more often than every 3 years. There was some initial confusion because my appointment didn't show up in their system - but they were able to work me in anyway. Each and every staff member I interacted with was wonderful. As promised, there was no air puff machine - AND I had the option to get fancy eyeball photos taken, rather than the usual dilation stuff they do. It was a little extra, but so worth it. Dr. Koehler is super kind and funny - and took the time to walk through my eyeball photos to show me how *perfect* they are (aside from my actual eyesight). Sidenote - did you know you could have stretch marks around your optic nerve? Anyhow - I've had corrective lenses since the early 90s and this is the first time I feel like I have a true understanding of what my eyes are up to. Also, Dr. Koehler gave me a couple of different contact lenses samples to try so I can figure out which ones all work best for me now that I work entirely in front of a computer. This is the best eye experience I've had, full stop.
