Dr. Aaron B. Pittard, MD

My questions and concerns were answered in detailed. Easy getting to location. Building super clean and furnished comfortable. Assistants very helpful. Dr Pittard has been my doctor for over ten years. He is professional and courteous.

I had an outstanding experience with Aaron Pittard and his ophthalmic care team. From the moment I walked in, his staff was warm, professional, and truly spectacular. Mr. Pittard took the time to thoroughly examine my eyes and explain everything in a clear, reassuring way. I was especially happy to hear that I did not need surgery, and I appreciated his honesty and expertise. I left feeling confident and well cared for. Highly recommend!

This was my second time in and Jennifer the Technician that waited on me was just Superb. Her Bedside Matters and attention to detail was far and above what you would expect. And Dr. Pittard was very patient and I felt that he was listening to me. He came Highly Recommended by another Physician and I must say he didn't disappoint.

I am a cancer survivor and I been going to this clinic for years (My mom and dad since 2009, same clinic) I had an appointment with doctor Pittard so I called them to vertify. Told the staff I had already met my deductible on $20 (I wanted to make sure there was no issue like last year) and I wanted to make sure not to bill me because the insurance would pay all. (the staff last year informed me that it didn't matter if I met the deductible because a third party handled the payment, irrelevant information to me.) Staff tells me I have a $20 from last year. I informed staff that the staff knew that I had no deductible and she told me it was their policy regardless. So, today she canceled my appointment due to $20 balance. Again I informed her the insurance would pay it all because I had met my deductible with my oncology expenses. Well, regardless she informed me I had a balance and policy was policy. It's a shame how a clinic will let a long time patient and miss a service of $100 to $200 insurance business and a patient over $20. If the staff would had bill my insurance in full there would be no past balance. Before hanging up she informed me the balance would be there if I wanted to reschedule. Nothing about Dr Pittard, he is an excellent eye doctor.

Very prompt with my appointment time. I didn't have to wait for an hour + before they saw me. Dr. Pittard was very punctual. Explained everything so I could understand. My overall experience was excellent.

Dr Pittard is wonderful. Very personable and listens. I had cataract surgery and he was reassuring and extremely competent. It has been about 5 yrs and I'm still seeing great!

The only things that I think he could improve on is the sheet prior to surgery explaining which facility the main building or what we now know as a surgery clinic to be the place to check in. Also, if you would note that some insurance will have a co-pay, fortunately, I had some money with me, but the amount would help Also and I know it varies with different insurances. The staff is exceptional. Exceptional in the regards they are not only professional, but they go out of their way to make you Comfortable. You have my five stars! I was really looking forward after the surgery to get my left eye done. I didn't understand that I might not have insurance for the left eye. I am receiving Medicare. I still don't know when I might be able to. Have the surgery on my left eye. Once you have one done in my case, I am a graphic artist, and now I have a dilemma of how do I look through Both eyes. The dilemma is , if I need to use my left eye I have to have glasses., If I have the glasses on , I can't use my right eye, My glasses are too strong for that eye! Again, thank you for the surgery Made the left eye get repaired ASAP
