I had an absolutely wonderful experience here from start to finish. The staff members were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional the entire time I was there. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient rather than just another appointment on the schedule. Everyone was patient, respectful, and genuinely helpful. The doctor was also very thorough and attentive during my eye exam. They performed all the standard tests but took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood what was going on with my vision. I really appreciated how detailed and careful they were when determining my prescription. The new prescription they gave me is actually better than the one I currently have! One thing I especially appreciated was how they helped fit me for glasses. They made sure to accommodate my size properly and didn't just try to give me frames that were too small or uncomfortable. They took their time helping me find something that actually fits well and feels comfortable, which means a lot. Overall, this office truly provides fast, friendly, and professional customer service. It's clear that the doctor genuinely cares about their patients and wants what's best for them. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care and a team that treats you with kindness and respect. I will definitely be returning for future appointments!

My first visit and it was really nice. I was greeted when I first walked in, they explained all of the procedures and is very attentive. Really nice environment and staff. AWESOME PLACE TO GET YOUR VISION CHECKED!!!!

This place is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I came to get a second opinion eye exam for prescription ONLY. This place is trying to get me to purchase contacts through them when I have explained the exam was ONLY for a second opinion. They have ordered trials which were paid for along with the exam. I don't need the trials because I explained this was for a second opinion for the prescription ONLY. The fitting IS THE EYE CONTACT EXAM. I DONT NEED A CLASS EHEN I HAVE WORN CONTACTS FOR OVER 25 YEARS. I'm not a newby. The other eye Dr has already been paid for and just wanted to match the perscription. They are withholding prescription from an exam paid for unless I set up another appointment for fitting (trials I don't need) . I only need to pick up the prescription which was paid for and my right. Highly unprofessional, rude and just trying to get another cost out of insurance. Then he LIED saying they need to do the fitting in order for them to order trials. (I waited for the trials for over a month and was told they were ready) NO INTEGRITY. I will never do business with them and suggest you look into other options with an honest company. I see NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS with the same issue regarding contacts. I have been wearing contacts for 25 years. I have never been forced to make a follow up appointment take a class and fitting after the contact exam. I have never had my prescription for an exam I paid for withheld from me. Other reviews are correct. This place is shady forcing services for extra fees making it mandatory and holding prescriptions hostage. There is no coincidence that there are other reviews like mine with other 25 reactions. NEVER AGAIN

I went here because of the good reviews, but completely regret it and what a waste of my time. I took my son and father in for an exam and glasses. The exam took at max 4 min to complete, they both said they they just had them read a few lines. And said the machines that are used give most accurate results! That to me is bs. The also forced my father to pay for additional tests because of his age, it was 39$. She stated that that in their office it's mandatory. I will be calling my insurance to dispute my sons visit, and my father is out 39$. For an exam that he didn't even want. Also the price of their glasses is ridiculous, over 300$ for basic frames and lenses. And that's with insurance coverage.

Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago they said they were fine with just having Medicaid(I made sure and discussed everything with the receptionist at the time down to detail because I am used to this unbelievable nonsense). When I get here they tell me that Medicaid will only cover the eye exam and not the actual reason I'm coming (which I already made sure that my insurance did cover because I had to send a referral from my neurologist) come up here today suddenly my insurance is "rapidly changing" and because I couldn't pay $250 out of pocket they do not want to see me, if you are someone who is on Medicaid / Medicare I do not recommend this place at all. Sat for about 45 mins for no damn reason. Do not recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lacy and the entire team. They were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease during my exam. Dr. Lacy took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me find the perfect prescription. The office was clean, modern, and efficient -- I never felt rushed, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend Dr. Lacy's practice to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

Great service! Very informative. Dr. Lacy explained everything very well and Christina was also a pleasure to be around sanitizing the stations that we were at and having a warm welcome.
