They are amazing! I never had contacts before and they were caring and supportive and walked me through everything! They have a customer out of me for life! The front staff, Ashley and Shawna were super awesome and patient with me. And Dr. Phung she was the one to encourage me to get the contract's! Super awesome!

The whole experience was phenomenal. From the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out, every encounter was wonderful. The front desk staff was amazing, especially Yen, who was very polite and friendly. I had some confusion about the forms, but she explained and made sure that I was no longer confused. Dr. Nguyen was phenomenal; it was by far the best eye exam I have ever had. He was very thorough and patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns!

Made an appt to come in for a routine eye exam to update my glasses prescription and was told I had to pay a $49 fee for a retinol scan. I was told it is required and could not be waived and my insurance doesn't cover the fee. I was not told about this prior to my appt and was told if I wanted to decline that I can go somewhere else. I took time off work and drove 20 mins for this appt just to be told I should leave. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

Husband and I saw Dr Riley she was very informative and helpful throughout the appointment. The lady who did the machine part was sweet as well. I just wasn't a huge fan of the front desk, being told I have to pay for a retinal test when I said no on the forms because it's required now.. maybe when you called to verify my insurance that'd be a great time to inform me. Thankfully they waived the fees this time.

We have used this office for many years and feel confident with Dr Pham, just as we did with the previous dr there. Both were very attentive and competent. Dr Pham even pre-ordered special prescription contacts for my wife to get her taken care of before having to order a new year's subscription when she had used up her last pair. It made things very convenient and we were very greatful that she took care of this before our appointment.
