I have been going here for over a year now and I have to say that this is the best eye care center I have ever encountered. The entire staff is so kind and caring. Dr Ann Fontenot is incredible with her patients. She explained everything throughly and did a very comprehensive exam about some concerns I had with my vision. I know I am in good hands and feel very confident I am getting the best care possible. Highly recommend this practice!

After going to a large ophthalmology practice in downtown Fort Worth for 12 years, I decided to find an ophthalmologist who was closer to me in Mansfield. The doctor who had treated me for 10 years in Fort Worth had moved to start her practice further north in Keller. The new road construction around 820 and I-20 made driving more time-consuming. I chose Paragon Eye Associates because my wife had an excellent experience. And the drive was only seven minutes. Compared to the practice in Fort Worth, everything in Paragon looked new and modern. While the parking lot and waiting room in Fort Worth were always full, Paragon was mostly empty. Perhaps because the practice in Fort Worth was old. A decade from now, Mansfield could get as busy. On my first visit, the service desk gave me forms so I could have my records transferred from Fort Worth. I also scheduled my first appointment. On my first appointment, the technician took thorough measurements of my eyes. I noticed that the equipment looked newer than the ones used on me for the last 12 years. That made sense. Paragon is a much newer practice. I'm sure it will take time to pay off the investment in equipment. Yet, technology can change dramatically in 12 years. How old are your phones and computers? Dr. Alberti was younger than most of the eye doctors I had seen in Fort Worth. He seems very up-to-date on the medical knowledge of the eye. He asked why a certain procedure to help with my glaucoma was not done when I had cataract surgery. I didn't know. He said that the technology was relatively new but was available at the time I had my surgery. He also noticed that some small fragments of cataracts were not removed. The treatment for my minor glaucoma is eye drops. I needed a refill from an ophthalmologist. My pharmacy would not refill prescriptions from my general practitioner. Dr. Alberti said that a newer eye drop was better. It's thicker and stays on longer. He gave me a prescription for that. I picked it up an hour after the visit. He also said that I should use the eye drops twice a day, instead of just once a day, because the concentration gets diluted over time. Overall, I was pleased with the experience. Paragon was professional and efficient. The drive and parking was a breeze. I'm glad my wife recommended them. No wonder they have a 4.8-star rating.

Dr Fontenot is an excellent Optometrist, helpful, patient, and kind. Paragon staff is excellent, they usually make a business a success and this practice is the best. Thank you, keep up the good work, don't slack off like many new businesses that start out excellent and slowly crumble.

Dr. Fontenot is seriously the best! I have been going here for a long time and she has always been such a great doctor. She really cares about you. I'm very appreciative to have an eye doctor like her!

My recent visit to Paragon was unexpectedly wonderful! The atmosphere the moment I entered was so positive & pleasant. I immediately felt comfortable and reassured I'd chosen the clinic with the best staff. Cindy was delightful & made the entire procedure as pleasant as possible. Dr. Todd Ford totally met the praise & recommendation I'd received from my Optometrist, Dr. Kyle Cooke. Belinda, the surgical nurse was wonderful, walking me through the details. What a beautiful & balanced clinic. So blessed to have such a practice here in Mansfield!!

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and personable. I went in to the appointment on time, which was very nice. The technician's exams were thorough and she was very friendly throughout. The doctor was very knowledgeable and personable. She took the time to explain everything going on with my eyes and answered all of my questions without me feeling rushed out. They seem to have a great team there. Thank you all for the help!

I love this place. Dr Blair is so sweet and kind. Everyone in the office is sweet and kind. The front desk ladies get you checked in, and there's no long wait time. Dr Blair is very knowledgeable he getting me where I need to be with my eye site. My eye doctor, who checks my eyes once a year, sent a referral for me to see Dr Blair. I am very pleased. The doctors are really nice, But even months Of still having Bluriness after my cataract surgery, His answer was to continue the drops. I still experience Bluriness/cloudy spots especially at night. Even though I have to admit it is better then it was. Couldn't get an answer. The reception were okay, When I went through the billing process, It's almost like you're under duress If you stop signing and ask a question. People before going to any Doctor's office or having procedures done, Contact YOUR insurance Carrier find out if you're covered and what you're covered for. They're anathesiologist bills you separately. And are not part of there office. I continue to search for Doctor that can give me answers/salutation/ Suggestions. Good Doctor's follow-up and help the best they can.
