I went Friday 2/27/26. They called today and said my glasses were ready. I thought dang that was fast. But, no they messed up. I had ordered bifocals and they ordered single vision glasses which I don't know how they screwed that up because they put the black line on the glasses like four times but still sent them out as single vision not bifocals. And I didn't like the fact that you talk to an optical doctor in a room on a TV screen and you couldn't hardly understand what he was saying. I will not be going there again. Should have went with American Best.

The people here are nice don't get it twisted but, expect your glasses to take a month or longer to receive.
I have one lens on the glasses that got scratched by your office and I'm trusting their word that they will replace the lens when they arrive.
My other glasses is missing the right lens. I understand your company is busy busy busy but, it's been a month and I still don't have what I need. Can you get me what I need by this Saturday please?

First time stopping by this location and Debbie was amazing! My glasses had broke and she helped put my previous lenses into another frame that I bought. She was very diligent and made sure my new frames fit me perfectly. While I was there, I also noticed how attentive she was to every customer that came in. Excellent customer service all around!

Stanton far exceeded my expectations. My 13 yr old son needed an eye exam and we were able to schedule and be seen the same day! Zara was incredibly patient and answered thousands of questions for my inquisitive son even allowed taught him how to make the lens. The team is professional and personable to each patient walking in the door! They gained a customer for life!

Multiple times my glasses were either lost, delayed by weeks. One time I dropped off my glasses to put lenses into another frame. 2.5 weeks went by and no word so I called and they told me they didnt know which glasses were mine because no one put a phone number to the order and their were multiple people with my name. Then they were going to cut my lenses to fir in another pair of frames. 2 weeks went by and the Mgr told me she hadn't got to them yet and would call when done. 3 weeks went by and no word so I stopped by again and was told by the Mgr, they had to be done off the clock and had no time to get to the order . But yet could not place a call to me and explain this . Some of the worst customer service ive ever recieved. Empty promises, no follow ups. They only seem to be interested in taking in new money, and delay existing customers. Maybe this review will help them to evaluate their customer service. If you dont mind waiting weeks on empty claims , and no follow ups info , then this is a great establishment.

Not sure what to share. I thought we were in for a great experience. Not going back. My son's glasses have been a great disappoint. $414 and I tried to get them to cover it with insurance but never returned my call. Really weird and odd place. Seems very helpful, then... nothing.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Stanton Optical in Mansfield!
As a first-time eyeglass buyer and wearer, I was anxious about the whole process, but Debbie made everything so easy and stress-free. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She helped me pick out the perfect pair of Pentax safety glasses for work (super sturdy and comfortable) and a stylish pair of transitional lenses for everyday/outside of work that I really like. I also bought a pair of aviator prescription glasses for driving.
Debbie went above and beyond explaining all my options, making sure both pairs fit perfectly, and even followed up after pickup to check on me. I walked out excited instead of overwhelmed -- that's how great she is! Huge thank you to Debbie and the whole Mansfield team. If you need glasses, this is the place to go!

Had a glasses exam one week ago and called for status update yesterday, to which the automated system stated they should be ready by 3/5, which was yesterday. I called and was told that they did not see my frames and would call back with an update and never revived a call back. I called again today and was told I would be called back. Would not recommend as I have spent nearly $300 and have yet to receive my frames and cannot get even a call back. Will be escalating and seeking a refund.
