Walmart Vision & Glasses

Elva was very helpful , I had not shopped for glasses in over a year and so she helped me and my partner look through for the proper size frames and designs that I would enjoy. They were also very informative on what my insurance would cover and all the options I had before I made any final decisions.

I sincerely appreciated the professionalism and patience of Marquita. I wasn't seeing as clear as I thought I should after getting my glasses. I expressed that to her and to make a long story short, it wasn't Walmart's mistake. I was having an issue with my vision. She was patient throughout the process of finding a solution. Thanks, Marquita. I appreciated your support immensely!

Marquita, was so helpful in adapting new nose pads in my glasses that didn't match anything in the store. I was in desperate mode and am very thankful she didn't just say we can't help you Amen!

Marquita was AMAZING! Got my glasses here, they didn't fit as well as they should.... Went to another Walmart and was given the run around..... came back here and it was take care of in mins!!! Great Management!

When I walked in I saw the two women I there were busy, one with dreads who was father away said we will be with you soon so I said okay. I pulled out my phone to entertain me because I was not sure how long they would be. After about 10 minutes another customer walked in and the woman with black hair closer to me greater her with superb customer service saying hello welcome in, what can we help you with today ma'am, do you need frames or are you picking up the woman with black hat was providing much better customer service then what I received. I interjected because based on how she was communicating, it appeared that she was going to receive service before me so I said "hold on, I was here first" she then explained that she was trying to assist and give the woman something to do other then just sit around, and that she was aware I was next. I got back on my phone, another 10 minutes past and the woman with the dreads walks up and ask if I was picking up, I was looking at my phone and because she didn't say excuse me, I didn't know she was talking to me until I looked up. I verified that I was there for a pick up, the woman with dreads asked if I had my receipt and before I could answer I heard her say "of course not". I told her know but I have the order number, she said "I don't need that what is the last name" I provided her with it, she asked if they were for me I let her know "no they are glasses for a child" she said "well these are adult glasses so if you bring your child back we can adjust them." I can tell that neither of those women wanted to assist me and it showed based on how I was talked to verses all the other customers that were in there. That was not my first trip there however it was by far the worst and I'm glad my daughter wasn't there to experience the bias that those women held towards me for whatever reason.

Stopped by to check out some glasses, The young lady who assisted me, I believe her name was Asia , helped me find a great pair that I love ! She made it super quick and easy I'll definitely be returning for my travel pair.

I came in with 2 parts of glasses! Because I purchased them from Walmart. They were adjusted for free!! Definitely a reason to continue getting glasses from the vision center!!

Marquita is wonderful and very knowledgable. I definitely recommend this location and its staff, and if they are busy you can do some other task until they are free.
