Super nice staff. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and I made the appointment at the wrong clinic so I was considering a walking. I was told the wait would be about an hour so I decided to wait instead. We'll it's been 2 1/2 hrs and I was told I have to wait another 30 min. A this point they should just say the don't take walkings instead of having people wait for hours.

Visited twice due to an eye infection and Doctor Ocampo was fantastic. Informative, attentive, and patient. Diagnosed my issue quickly. However, as others have mentioned, the wait can be quite long.

Had an appointment still had to wait almost 2 hours. The lady in the front is rude, looks like she hates her job. Also, no one makes you wear a mask anymore and this place is still living in the past like if Covid is out to get everybody.

Dr. Ocampo is great but her staff need to pay closer attention to their scheduled appointments and not put walk-ins ahead. My elderly mother had an appointment and had to wait 1 1/2 hours before taking her in and another 30 minutes before being seen by Dr. Ocampo.

Dr. Ocampo was very thorough and carefully took her time with my two children and myself. Also her staff was very polite and patient, eventhough they were busy with quite a bit of patients. I definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Ocampo is awesome! Her and her team found a hole in my son's retina during a routine eye exam! This is something that could have caused him to at worst case go blind . Thankfully we are having it fixed today. Thank you Dr Ocampo and team!!!

I have been wearing glasses since I was in fourth grade. So, it is safe to say I have had my share of visits to the the eye doctor. I have been to literally over a dozen different eye doctors over the years. Dr. Ocampo is, without a doubt, the most professional and thorough eye doctor I have ever met. The type of comprehensive eye care she delivers is why she has been my eye doctor for the past five years, as well as my wife's and my children's eye doctor. Dr. Ocampo will take the time to answer any questions you may have regarding your exam and her compassion is evident when explaining it all to you. She never rushes you but will also get your exam completed very timely and very professionally. I noted where someone said there was an hour wait even with an appointment. Yes, you may have to wait to be seen. But, how is this any different from any other doctor appointment we have all experienced? Her office is busy because she is so good at what she does and people flock to her. Dr. Ocampo sees dozens of patients a day and gives each one the respect and care they have come to expect. If I have to wait 30-45 minutes to be seen, I consider it time well spent because I know the end result will be worth every second of that wait. If you want a regular eye exam, in and out in 10 minutes with your prescription, those places are a dime a dozen here in the Valley. If you want professional, courteous, respectful, diligent and complete eye care -backed by a great staff- then Dr. Ocampo is the eye doctor you need to be seeing (pun intended.) Dr. Ocampo is not just my eye doctor. She is *the* eye doctor.

Amazing doctor who is very patient, thorough, and attentive to her patients. Also the woman receptionist is very kind but the male receptionist, with the pierced ears, not so much.
