Wow. After reading these reviews and having a very similar experience yesterday I can tell they definitley need some sort of customer service training immediatly. First off there is no communication at all. The front desk women seemed uniterested in being there, which I can forgive trust me, but you still need to be attentive and overall nice, which they werent. The eye doctor was pretty cold and barely spoke to me. His part of the process was so frigid that he walked me to the glasses without saying a word and didnt even say good bye of have a nice day or nothing. Hello? were in the south boo have some manners like your momma taught you. I literally had to ask the glasses attendant if that was it or did I have to go back. Super confusing. If your part of that staff and your reading this, please tell the doctor that he needs to be more comunicative of whats happening or whats next. And yea i get it some people just arent balls of sunshine, but maybe at least a good bye would have let me know the appt was over. Just going back to pick up my glasses and not going back. I can get better service somewhere else, where idk im treated like an actual human being.

I had a superb experience during my recent exam visit. The front desk personnel exhibited exceptional courtesy, proficiency, and attentiveness. The doctor conducted a thorough examination and provided expert guidance on various contact lenses for enhanced comfort. Throughout the process, I felt valued as a patient, and the staff took the time necessary to deliver outstanding service. I highly recommend this establishment for comprehensive vision exams, glasses, and contact lenses.

Been going for around 5-7 years, optical prices are extremely high though. Only my lenses come out to $800 not including the frames. Anyhow i was going to purchase the frames online and my lenses there but when i went in the lady was extremely rude and said head measurements information is sold, so i snatched my prescription and walked into the doctor's office to order contact lenses instead. At the reception desk the lady asked if she could help and i said yes just to give me a second to look for the information i needed. As i say this another customer walks out of the office and she asks me politely if she can charge him to which i said "yes". At this point i scoot over for him and she looks at me and says, "i need you to take a chair because i can only have one customer up here at the time" like are you dumb? I was there first, i was gonna tell her to help first then if that was the case since i was there first, i didn't want to fight though because i get heated, so i simply walked out......now they lost $120 in contacts and over $800 in glasses, i ordered my glasses online with lenses at $340, transition, high index, and i opted for the fogless instead of uv protection because of my line of work.

I've been coming here since I was in middle school and I'm in my 30's now. I've always been greeted by the front staff and taken in as a walk in even on weekends. My appointments have always been quick and I appreciate that. Every visit Dr. asks if I want to put on my contacts there or take with me and offers alternative options when I ask questions. I love that the glasses store is right next door, they're always so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for the care throughout the years. Doing things like this can feel stressful but walking in to the office I've gone to for years feels comforting.

I called just to ask a question about insurance, and the woman who answered had a very rude and condescending tone. It felt like she was talking to me like I was stupid, just based on the way she spoke. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and called again the next day with a different question--same attitude. I understand people have bad days, but both times I was treated like I was an inconvenience. I won't be calling again or considering this place for services.

The staff here are the worst receptionists I have ever been attended by. Ive been coming here for years & the front staff has never changed their attitudes. They act like they hate their job. They are quick to tell you they cant find your "vsp" plan but as soon as they are proven wrong they all of a sudden "find it". Yes the service by the doctor is fast but this is the worst staff. I work in a clinic myself so be attended to in such a way is horrible.

10/10 experience!! Walked in and was out in less than 20 mins The place was super clean, and the staff? So professional, friendly, and kept me in the loop the whole time! Clean vibes, quick service, and walk-ins welcome? Say less !! Highly recommend!
